To palm G you probably are an amazing person and probably have an amazing family. I am here because I would like to say a couple words based on these comments. I have been in this business a very long time and I have worked many storms. It's very easy for someone Who is not in this field or does not have much history in this field. I have received hundreds of calls back to back. I've had neighbors as my crew and I are working on a property come up to me please and beg for me to come by and help them. I can't make everyone happy, and I never will be able to. Is let the person in front of me and their neighbor know that I will do the very best I can to be honest and and outstanding citizen. I have had green country rooftops do some work for me in the past, and to be honest yes I believe they do good work and I was happy with their work. Now was there some things in the past? I could have probably been done better. Yes, I'm sure but I understand this is life and people are going to make mistakes. I make him every day but I know a genuine person when I see them and a good company when they're in front of me. Look I'm expecting people to fail. So long as I mean well and are honest and out front with me. That's what matters most. I wish everyone the best on here and a happy holiday. Just remember when you're bashing someone you're not only hurting them but you're hurting everyone else that's with them as well. We need to stand together as one not against each other. God bless you guys and have a wonderful holiday

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and very UNPROFESSIONAL!! We called Ryan after Hurricane IDA when we had water pouring into one of two properties. I asked how much would it cost to tarp two properties and he said he would have to see it. We also asked for a copy of his insurance which to date we have never received, only a copy of a contractor license. There were two separate property roofs involved and for one property we had to provided his workers with the tarp because when they arrived they said they ran out of tarps. We were very concerned about one of the properties because it had water leaking inside and it was raining, so we asked them to tarp the building that was leaking first with the tarp we provided to them. Later that evening when we checked the buildings, they tarped the wrong property, the one not leaking. We called Ryan and he said he did not know what happened , but they would be back in the morning. Meanwhile the rain kept pouring in the un-tarped building all night causing more damages. I also told Ryan to make sure that he took pictures before tarping, and he said that he always takes pictures. Later when I asked if he had the pictures he said ""yes"" he would have to get with is worker to send them to me, that they have to look through lots of pics to find them. So the insurance company said to go ahead and replace the roofs while we wait for the adjuster. We never received any pictures and Ryan later said it was not his responsibility to take pictures, after telling me that he had pictures, he actually did not. The insurance company adjuster told me that without pictures nothing would be covered. Then Ryan sends a bill for $900.00 for the building that was leaking, however the building we gave his workers the ($275.00) tarp for, Ryan charged us $100.00 for labor to tarp that one building. His pricing did not make sense since the buildings are next to each other and are identical and one tarp was used for each. It is understandable that Ryan had to pay for one tarp the cost of $275 or less, so charging the second building $375.00 total for materials and labor for a 20 minute tarp job is fair, not $900.
This building is a condo association not owned by us, and the members felt that at the least Ryan could work with them on the price for tarping since they had to pay the entire loss of the roof over 20K which could have been covered, and the building next door was only $100.00 for labor. Also, due to their mistake they had more water leaking in because they tarped the wrong roof first. Worst of all, Ryan thought he would blackmail us by posting in Google reviews, nasty comments about us on a different companies website that we own that has nothing to do with either of these properties, a totally separate business. When we tried to speak to him via phone asking Ryan to remove his slanderous statements that he posted on a company website that he has never done business with, who has nothing to do with this, there was no speaking to him, he just started cursing and screaming and hung up. He was totally out of line and very unprofessional.

This place is a not honest and Ryan does poor work. Avoid Green Country at all cost. They end up causing more damage than when they begin work.

Please refrain from using this sad case of a company. They are good at coming out to peoples homes to bid them and sign the contract. What they don't tell you is,the salesman has no clue of carpenter work or anything other than a roof.I was given a bid, signed said bid.But when it came time to do the work, around 3-4 weeks later, the company never called or showed up.When I called the owner,he seem to care less about my contract. He kept saying his salesman didn't know anything but roofs.I ask him, then why is he bidding houses with other damages. He said he was a nice guy.LOL. I'm not sure what that had to do with anything, but ok.SO now that Ive wasted my time and efforts into paperwork and submittals.I get to start all over again. I'm an attorney.I cant even imagine how they treat people that don't know the laws.Anyway, the owner stated he would rather cancel the contract ,than to do the work.I could have sued for time and damage. But I chose to just write it up here and google.SAD SAD company's like this should not be in business if they don't know what their doing. Beware..............
