By far the best roofing and solar company out there. Work is professional and clean. The quality is outstanding. They are quick and great to work with. As with any home improvement project, I know problems can arise. I never experienced any issues but know that they would handle them with ease. Their communication is complete from start to finish and are available long after the job is done. I wouI highly recommend them.

Dear DJ and Darren,
I understand that you feel that since you have upheld your ""end"" of the deal in getting my mother's service working, you now have the right or authority to call and harass her into getting me to update my Yelp review. So here you go...

I'm going to give you 3 stars because the ""service"" she paid you for is currently working. The fact that you wrote a 2 page letter not taking any ownership of the issues doesn't sit well with me but you did in fact pay for the usage during the time her solar panels were not producing. I will tell you that if her service does go out again and the call isn't coming from your monitoring service, like you have told us and you sold her in the 25 year warranty, much like how it didn't tell you when she was out of service for over a month and it didn't get resolved until I contacted your company we will have issues in the future.

At this point, if her service goes down and you do not notify her I won't leave any more Yelp reviews. Also you will not be contacting my mother and yelling, strong-arming or raising your voice at her, you will just hear from a legal representation as you have breached the service contract. Please don't take this as a threat, it's more of an example of the level of frustration we have with your company.

So to make sure you understand, you have gotten a 3 star review at this time because it's working. If you are upset with the review look at the way you handle your customers but do not feel like you have any right to contact us complaining about this rating. If that doesn't stop I will take legal actions to end your harassment of your customer. Calling someone 10 times asking them to change their review or else you might not be in business to give them service isn't a good way to get good reviews.

Green Convergence was a truly pleasure to work with. I am extremely satisfied that I chose them to install solar and roofing onto my home. The excellent service initiated by Sam Johnson carried on through the whole process. Everyone in their team including Sam, Debbie, the installers and the rest of the staff involved were communicative and accommodating. They made it smooth and easy and thats all I could ask for. Thank you GC for providing the top of the line solar panels and service. I have peace of mind knowing I also have excellent warranty to back it up. Dont hesitate to give them a chance especially if you are shopping around and reading this. They will probably be your last stop and help you make that jump to solar.

Made an appointment with Trevor and he stopped by and gave me a basic quote and timeline. I asked for an official quote and timeline and he ghosted me. I reached out several times, no response. I guess they don't need the work.

I highly recommend Green Convergence for residential solar installation. Once we decided to look into roof top solar panels, I met with 5 different sales reps in my home and received online quotes from 2 other vendors. The quotes included Costco and Semper Solaris- in every way, Green Convergence outshined the competition. Nadia our sales consultant is professional and prompt in responding to every type of what if or how about question. The project management team is superb in communicating and updating us on the steps of our design and installation. The roofing and electrical crews were prepared, checked in with us as needed, finished early and cleaned up everything.

The green convergence installation process really sets them above other installers and their customer service keeps them on top.

It's not secret i'm a super demanding customer type. Debbie our project manager was absolutely amazing, punctual, great communicator and delivered 100% on everything I asked. The construction crew was super friendly, professional and attentive to all of my requests. I could not be happier with the results. I live way far away from their office, but took the referral from a good friend of mine and I was not disappointed in the least. The GSM Sam is a good guy to work with and was very straight up with pricing and service. If you happen to buy from them, do yourself a favor and request Debbie as your project manager. She's the best!! Chase and Beto were super great to work with as well.

Beto is the best at patching like it never even happened,so dont worry about all the holes in your home,those guys really know how to fix all the damage.

We decided to go with Green Convergence because they were one of the few companies that were actually roofers and they had the best panels. They were able to give us all the power we needed with all the panels on the south side of the roof. Also, with their Master Tile Installation you can't even tell we have solar unless you really look.

From start to finish it was pretty seamless. It started with Nadia Foley who gave us a quote, but was not one of those naggy salespeople. We had quite a few changes that we wanted as we were deciding and with no hesitation she provided those to us.

Once we started the process everyone was nice and respectful.
1. The person (Ronnie?) they sent out for the pre-inspection was nice. 2. The installers were great. Neat and clean couldn't tell we had construction going on.
3. Electrical wasn't as clean, but the attention to detail to make it look like it was part of the original house made up for it. All we have outside is the fire department shut off.
4. The person (Beto) they sent out to fix the drywall was awesome. Can't even tell they cut holes in the drywall. His cleanup of the area was fantastic, even cleaned up after the electrician.
5. The person that met with the inspector was good also.
6. The team they sent to commission the system was quick and what ever wiring they needed to put in they made sure to use quick ties to make sure nothing was hanging down.
7. Our project manager Debbie was a big help through out the process. Answering any questions we had.

Shopping for a solar system was not fun for us as we researched the heck out of it, almost drove us crazy. My only suggestion is if you go solar is to go with Sunpower panels and Green Convergence for install.

This company is the bomb! If you are looking for a solar provider that is ethical, caring, goes the extra mile, then Green Convergence is what you want. I first decided to choose them because they kick back $500 to KPCC, the NPR station I listen to, but their service and attention to detail and customer care is second to none. My consultant Nadia Foley was the best! She went the extra mile to make sure all the details were right in my contract.

The installers were amazing! Pros without peer, the entire solar panel installation was done in under one work day.

I really cannot recommended this company highly enough. The quality of their panels far surpasses the normal solar panels sold by other companies as well, thinner, stronger, and guaranteed, free replacement should anything happen, unlikely though that may be.

They sent out Victor to paint the conduits that go up my house exterior wall to match the house color so the silver metal conduits would blend in, and even though I had a can of the original paint, Victor felt it was not a good enough match because of weathering and color change, etc, so went and got new paint tinted to match exactly!

All the work was done on time and perfectly. I cannot fault anything they did.
