We are so pleased with SunPower By Green Convergence. They did an incredible job in getting our solar system up and running. I think what I like best is that the way the panels themselves were installed... you almost do not even see them! Our neighbors were all amazed at how good they look and how quickly their team of installers were able to complete the job. Jeff Figearo and Jackie Nava were so helpful and answered all of our questions. Now we are enjoying great savings on electricity and feel comfortable running our air conditioning all the time during the hot summer days. Give them a try; you won't be disappointed!

Absolutely do NOT purchase/lease your solar panels from SunPower. There are reputable options! I have had my panels from SunPower since 2015 and it has been a nightmare. We are paying for the panels on top of our substantial electric bills. Since the panels go off line, we have had years of non-performance. The sale person lie and the customer service seem nice but the problems do not get resolved.

We're super happy with our solar installation from Green Convergence. We were working with Nadia Foley as sales rep and April Clutterham as project manager. They both did their utmost to get us set up and kept the ball rolling through the challenging early days of the Covid lockdown last year. Planning and execution were all to our full satisfaction, and we had a very pleasant experience interacting with everybody on the admin team and technical crew from start to finish. And BTW, 1 year into operation the amount of energy produced by our system is exactly on target. Unreserved recommendation!

They were the only ones who offered mounting the panels flat to the roof and not brackets. Where I live we have squirrel, raccoon, birds, etc all who like to nest or get shelter. Under a solar panel is not where I want them. They also put under the panels a 50 year warranty new roof! They replaced some tiles that were cracked at no charge. Every step of the way they kept me informed, worked quickly (panels in in 1 day) , answered all my annoying questions same day and had great attitudes. I'm 100% satisfied not only with the price and incentives but also if I have a problem they handle it all. They others said I had to go back to the factory or roofer or ??? I got it in writing everything I asked for. Deanne was my rep and if you can get her tell her I referred you and I get some $$$ but I really don't care because I'm tired of contractors not finishing on time and just doing ok work. They were so great I question that they had a contractors license because they were just ""too professional"" And that hasn't been my experience in the past with a lot of upgrades to our house and business.

With the ever-increasing electricity bills from Southern California Edison, we decided to go solar. Upon the recommendation of a good friend, we contacted SunPower by Green Convergence. These folks were amazing right from the start.

Their rep came out and spoke with us, and then sent a drone over our roof to scope everything out. We then had a conference call and learned the costs and decided to get, not only the solar, but a battery backup as well, so that when the power goes out, we will be able to keep our essential appliances working.

Installation was quick; all the people who did the work, from the panel installers to the electricians, were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

After the necessary inspections, we went online about a week ago. We couldn't be happier. Jackie Nava and the folks at SunPower by Green Convergence absolutely rock!! On a scale of one to ten, they are a 20!!

Hands down they are awesome!!
We started the search for solar late last year. We got quotes from all the big players. Some small ones too. We had talked about refinancing our house and pulling cash to purchase the system. A 25yr lease seems dumb to not own it after (Sunrun). With sun power we were able to finance it (which means we own it not a lease) for a crazy good rate, better than the super low refinance rates even, so no refinancing the house, great!
Sun power wasn't the cheapest but for good reason.
1) we own it (after 15years, but you have 10,15,20, and 25 year options)
2) superior panels means you need less for same output
3) panel aesthetics are top notch. (No conduit outside, all ram thru the attic so not visible, no ugly brackets
4) 25 year roof warranty. Good luck getting a roof warranty from the other companies and getting them to stand behind it!

So after deciding to pull the trigger, which shoutout to Deanne our sales rep who was awesome, set us up with our project manager April. She was also great, set us up and gave us options, they listened to our concerns and actually cared.
Now comes time for the installation. The install guys were super professional, the electrician was top notch and all covid precautions were taken. From start to finish these guys were great. Final product is amazing!! These guys do a fantastic job and deserve every bit of time I'm putting into this review.

I compared proposals and presentations from 5 top companies. Green Convergence was an easy choice and they lived up to my expectations. From the design and number of panels, to installation placement and esthetics, they worked with me to ensure my satisfaction. April and Jackie are excellent, attentive project managers and easily accessible by phone and email.

Each and every person on their installation crews was cheerful, and respected covid safety protocol.

I'm a month into full operation and our system is producing more energy than we are using.

Given our high historical electricity usage, the investment in solar with Sun Power by Green Convergence is giving us a 14% annual return on our investment (not having to pay monthly bill). We will recover our total investment in 5 years.
