Ryan and the team at Green Coast walked us through the entire process to get our roof replaced following damage incurred during Hurricane Ian. Much of the time was spent dealing with the insurance company but Green Coast never wavered.

Once we finally came to a settlement Ryan really kicked things in gear and from signing the contract to the work being completed took only 30 days! There was little to no mess, their crews were polite and professional. As is often the case with these types of construction projects there can be minor issues, in our case a sprinkler riser and one gutter elbow were damaged and both were fixed, no muss no fuss.

Without a doubt we would recommend Ryan and the Green Coast team to anyone who needs a replacement roof!

After a referral, we contacted Green Coast to request a quote for a roof repair and within an hour two gentlemen were at our door ready to inspect our roof. They found more damage than we were aware of. The next day we sat down with two gentlemen providing us with a reasonable quote for a new roof AND solar panels. After city and HOA approval, three months later we have a beautiful new roof and solar panels producing our electric. The roof tiles never sat on our driveway - they went directly from the semi-truck to the roof.

We worked with both ""branches"" of Green Coast - the roofing and the solar departments and the people we encountered were professional. The quality and the value of the work is amazing. We are very pleased with our new roof and highly recommend Green Coast Roofing and Solar.

When we had to replaced our roof in the vineyards a yr ago and we used green coast roofing omg they are the at what they do.

From the time your crews arrived on site to remove the old roof, replace sheeting, apply the hot mop and the tile, they were polite, careful when residents were present and always cleaned up at the end of the day. You have a great team

My husband and I are a military family impacted by the Ida hurricane. We hired Green Coast to fix our roof. We have had a series of issues from day one.
1) The shingles ordered were different than what we contracted
2) A worker fell through our master bedroom ceiling
3) Ceiling in our master bedroom has a huge hole
4) A worker was backing in the truck and broke the brick tile in the walkway
5) We were promised NUMEROUS dates and times to complete the ceiling of our master bedroom
This is just to name a few things that have gone wrong. Not to mention they did a HORRIBLE JOB with our roof...torn shingles, etc...

After several phone calls, multiple failed dates, we and placed a stop payment on our check deposit. We informed them we would be doing this, so they were aware. So Green Coast began fixing our master bedroom, okay...so we then gave them a casher's check and covered our check deposit. BUT they did not finish....now we do not only have a horrible ceiling we have floor-to-ceiling plastic throughout our bedroom. Now, as we enter the Thanksgiving holiday, we are receiving another series of different completion times.

I have worked in affordable housing for 20 years with various construction contractors, and Green Coast is by far, the WORST in customer service I have seen.

BUYER BE AWARE...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Don't end up in the situation we are in now! I wish someone would have warned us! This has been a nightmare!!!
