Ingrid from Green Coast was outstanding to work with and she had our roof replaced in a matter of weeks. They also recovered from a mistake after installing the wrong color gutter system. We notified Ingrid of the error and within one day they were out to replace everything without any hassle at all. They did a high quality job for a reasonable price. Highly recommend this company if you need a roof replaced!

WOW IS ABOUT ALL I CAN SAY. please STAY AWAY. I though all was done and I called city. permit closed. all good! until I wanted my paperwork and warranty information when I paid them in full. instead I got threatning texts. I sent a male friend in to complete the transaction because of jeremys threatening texts. my friend was assaulted by Jeremy when Jeremy got in his face and grabbed my check out of my friends hand. Jeremy then came out to the parking lot where I was in the car and started screaming at me to fight him if I wanted my paperwork and receipt. he held it up in the air then called me a fu%#*ng bit$h and a C%^T. not once but 6 times in front of fellow workers who did NOTHING about his out of control behavior. he continued calling me the most vile disgusting names a person can muster. ended with police having to get my paperwork's because the threats and language were so bad. here in Florida we don't need or deserve this behavior. to top it off his salesman Tim Smith was passing out marijuana in my neighborhood while on the job. please choose wisely neighbors!!! getting this company barred from my neighborhood

Our roof was damaged in a hail storm. Greencoast Roofing was contracted to replace it with the gutters and screens. Joey was our Greencoast rep. I arrived home to find they were putting up the wrong color shingles. They had 1/4 of the roof done. I was unhappy to see the wrong color shingles on my home so Joey said "" I'm sorry, what can I do? I'll paint your house to match the roof"". Painting the exterior of our home to match the roof was an acceptable agreement. The day after the new roof was completed it rained and the roof leaked causing damage to the ceilings in my kitchen, living room, dining room and my sons bedroom. They came out to fix it and repainted the ceilings. When it rained a second time the roof leaked again. They repaired it again, but i had to
call the office to get the ceiling repainted. Joey came by to tell me that they were not going to paint the exterior of our home to match the roof because it cost him $1000 to paint my ceiling inside. Why? It wasn't my fault they had to paint the ceilings. They were the ones who put the roof on and caused the damage. Terrible experience
