This review is overdue, never had time, now I'm finally free to reflect on my experience. Called Green City Roofing on March 13th, explained them that I have a roofing leak and need help, Vlad picked up the phone and said he will follow up with scheduling.

In a week I call Green City Roofing again and tell them that I have a leak and that I already had someone look at it and they said it's a little patch job and wanted to know if Green City Roofing can come out and repair it, Vlad replied that he can give me a phone number for someone who can do a patch job and that they are interested in bigger projects.

I was disappointed and started digging, turns out that Vlad is not the real owner of the company, it looks like these guys have a license number from Custom Remodels in San Bruno. Looks like the license is also inactive - these guys are interested in bigger projects? With an inactive license? With address in Burlingame and zip code in Pacific Heights?

Reported to CSLB, looks like an investigation is on the way.

This company is great! I was trying to fix the issues with my roof before the rainy season starts. What I found out is that it's actually the busiest time of the year for all the roofing companies. Most companies were booked for two months. Green City Roofing replied my phone call right away, and came to complete a free estimate 2 days later. The quote I got was very reasonable, the work scope explained in details. I didn't have any doubts when signed a contract with this company. The job was started and completed on time, as promised. I was very happy with their work and professionalism and will recommend them to any of my friends who would need a roof fix!

Awesome service by Green City Roofing! We noticed a leak in the roof late Saturday afternoon and called 3 roofing companies before Green City Roofing, the earliest appointment they had was in 1.5 months. Green City Roofing Team immediately replied our phone call, and we had an estimate ready at 10 am on Sunday. By Wednesday afternoon our roof was fully replaced with the new one. The owner of the company was on site every day, making sure all work was done to manufacturer specifications. This company offers a very reasonable price for the quality of service they provide. I would highly recommend that you give Green City Roofing a shot the next time you need roofing work.

Discovered water leaking inside my house in 2 places, due to high winds and poor installation. After reviewing several roofing contractors to repair the damage we decided to go with Green city roofing. They had a look at the damage and quoted me a fair price for the repair work. We went ahead and had work done and the repaired shingles turned out great. I would definitely consider hiring this company in the future when the time comes to replace the shingles on our entire roof. Green City Roofing are great to deal with. Very professional from start to finish.
Vlad and his team were fantastic. He came on the short notice, over the weekend to evaluate a roof damage caused by heavy rains this winter season. We got the repair proposal the same day. Not only their rates were competitive, but they make the whole process very easy for homeowners (roof pictures taken with the drone were provided upon request, contract is signed electronically). Upon agreeing on the estimate the work was completed the same week. When the roof was ready, I couldn't be happier with it! Shingles looked great, new gutters are just perfect, the working area is perfectly clean. This experience was FAR easier and more pleasant than I had ever imagined. Our experience with this company has been very, very disappointing.

We scheduled an appointment to have someone provide an estimate to determine the best course of action to repair our leaky skylite.

Vlad arrived on February 23rd and met with two people - my brother and my mother. After Vlad inspected the skylite and the leaking area, he offered two options: patch/waterproof the damaged area or replace the skylite. He stated we would receive an estimate for each option. That's two separate estimates.

We received one estimate -via email- on February 27th. The estimate provided price to replace the skylite . I phoned Green City that same day and requested the estimate to patch/waterproof the damaged area.

I did not receive a return call on February 28th or on March 1st. I did not receive a second estimate, via email, on February 28th or on March 1st .

My mother called Green City on March 2nd. Vlad returned her call. He stated Green City performs ""roofing"" and does not patch roofs. He offered to provide my mother the phone number of a company that could patch roofs.

Green City wasted our time and their project manager, Vlad, lied to us. Furthermore, he attempted to ""pawn us off"" to another company.

I am confident my mother AND brother did not misunderstand what Vlad offered, during Vlad's visit.

Green City lacks integrity.

Green City Roofing is working on the roof of my neighbors for which the workers had to go on the roof of my house. Vlad kravez the project manager inspected my roof and clean my gutters free of charge.

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. Amazing service by the entire team! Everyone is always ready to go an extra mile to make sure the job is perfectly done. I've discovered a leak in my house living room after the heavy rain, and thought it's going to be a nightmare to deal with. Thanks to Green City Roofing my roof was repaired within a day, and I cannot be happier with the result.
