We had a leak that was patched twice before and decided to call GreatWay. The pricing was reasonable, problem solved and the work and follow up was very professional. They did the job quickly. Didn't bother our neighbors or house guests and overall I would recommend them and use them again.

The entire team impressed us with timely, effective communication, fair prices, and excellent work. When challenges from weather delayed the work, Matt kept us up to date. The work was completed during the COVID-19 pandemic, and Matt's crew was extremely respectful of our self-isolation protocols. Sean came out to inspect our roof and give us an estimate he was very nice and courteous did a very thorough inspection and explained everything in detail he didn't write us just one estimate but gave us two. One estimate that would fix the problem at a budgeted price with no warranty and another estimate to completely redo a section of the roof with a warranty. We planned out a date for him to start the job and he stated that he could possibly do the job earlier depending on the weather. They came out to do the job and completed it under the estimated time. They were extremely clean and after they left you wouldn't even know that a single tile was replaced

I'd highly recommend Greatway. We've had Greatway replace our roof in 2 different homes. We recently had them redo our tile roof. They were excellent to work with from start to finish. Matt was thorough and patient to discuss all our options (whether to repair due to a leak or replace) without pressuring us on which to choose. While choosing to do our whole roof we also had our skylights replaced by another company at the same time. Matt was diligent to work with the skylight company and make sure our roof wasn't compromised during the skylight install. The crew did a great job cleaning up each day before they left as well. Overall a great experience. I'd recommend Greatway for both small and large roof issues.

After a recent wind storm I needed a few roof tiles replaced due to a tree falling over. I called a number roofing companies. Most didn't return my calls, one gave me an appointment 3 weeks away for an estimate !

Greatway answered right away, sounded very professional and I got an estimate appointment in 3 days ! They showed up on time for the estimate, checked out the damage. I was told what the cost would be and that was followed up by en email with a written estimate within a few hours.

They showed up on time for the repair appointment, did the repair, checked the rest of the roof for problems, calked a roof vent that was weathering. They also cleaned out the rain gutters ! I was surprised and delighted as this was a chore on my to do list before the rains.

The cost was reasonable and they are A+. Thank You Great Way.

I check contractors on Yelp and Next Door. I found GreatWay Roofing to be excellent on both sites. From the beginning when I talked to Marni and Cynthia and met with Matt to decide our project it was delightful. Matt met with us, no pressure, came with samples and wrote us up a proposal. We accepted and we were on the Calendar for September. Matt kept in contact all the way, was honest and no B.S.. This was only a two day job for removal and installation. Sean was in charge and also kept us informed during the project. They did an outstanding job for a very reasonable price for asphalt shingles. They even removed some old flashing and repainted with our paint. There was excellent prep and cleanup. We only found one nail and it was mine that had come out in the garage. We had one detail that needed fixing and Sean came out and fixed it and sent a picture. They are very busy and I see why. Excellent work ethic shown from all employees! Can't say enough about them.

I used this roofing company because of my discussion with Matt and learning of his experience in the field. During this process he sent me pictures and videos of the work that was being done on a daily basis. Lien releases of material were immediately sent to me upon completion. This is a class act roofing company. They left my premises clean and kept my tenants up to date on parking because of the large trucks that were on the property putting on the new roofs.
