Do not hire this company. The owner Kevin haas absolutely no business sense or customer service skills. Never returns phone calls.

My HOA chose this company as a roofing vendor and I have been waiting for them to fix my roof leak for a month now. I have yet to see their work. Can't speak to their roofing skills but it's been almost 4 weeks of multiple no shows and miscommunicated work order requirements and just absolute waste of time. When I try to reach Kevin, he simply won't return my calls. I did finally have a 30 second interaction with him and he sounded condescending and very bothered. Like he is such a busy man, don't even bother!! So I need to value his time but he has zero respect for mine.

Workers that show up seem incompetent and very confused about what needs to be done. They were supposed to do a roof inspection but barely even climbed the roof. I asked them to do an inspection of a different part of the roof to make sure nothing is failing on the other side, and the guy showed up with a moisture meter to check my ceiling inside. What!! Complete lack of attention to what customer is actually reporting.

I didn't see any evidence of professionalism. Angel who inspected the roof had different stories about what caused the leak. But actually he barely even did an inspection.

And clearly Kevin doesn't care about customer service because this Yelp account is unclaimed.

Kevin and his team do a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. I am a facilities manager for a large church in Orange County. He responded to a call about a leak in our newly remodeled church building. He was out the day after the initial call and had the repair done within a day of estimate approval. His company has been one of the easiest vendors to deal with, one of the most competitively priced, and very responsive. Highly recommended!

I've had experience with 3 roofing companies over the past 30 years and this is the BEST by far. Even in a busy (rainy) period Kevin was able to squeeze our relatively small repair job into his schedule. His workers were prompt, thorough, and professional. Everything went extremely smoothly. I talked to kevin and got an estimate from him 6 months before having him do the work, before he did the work i had another leak he didnt know about. when his employee came to preform my repairs they were in and out in no time, and fixed the extra leak and didnt charge me any extra. we have since had some pretty good rain and the roof has not leaked a drop. I would definitely recommend kevin and his crew and when i need the roof replaced in a few more years he will be the guy to do it

I don't take back my previous comment, but I understand now that the owner was overwhelmed with all of the leaks around town. When I spoke to him on the phone after the 27th, he apologized for forgetting to send someone by to look at the water damage. I guess he's short-handed and is the only one there to make the appointments with people.

So, he sent one of his roofers to check out the leaks this morning, first thing. The roofer put a temporary patch of tar over the trouble spots, but said that it's just a short-term solution for now. My homeowners association SUCKS! They won't invest in putting down a new roof. Which reminds me... I need to write up a review on them, too. =P
