My house was in complete shambles after the winter storm in mid-February, and after a brief (but terrible) experience with another contractor, we were referred to Greater Houston Roofing. Taylor Tran handled everything from there- he supervised ALL of the work that we needed (fixing our burst pipes, removing wet drywall and insulation, demolishing then rebuilding our walls and ceilings, removing and bringing back contents we had to put in storage, etc.) He also personally showed up when a field adjuster and an inspector came by the house from our insurance company. Throughout this whole process, he was extremely professional, helpful, and responsive. He patiently explained every step that needed to be done and answered every question we had, and we were able to get a quick response from him at all times if anything came up. I was working full-time and also finishing up grad school during this time, so I was incredibly grateful for Taylor and his team for giving me peace of mind while my house was being worked on. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing house repairs.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Greater Houston Roofing from start to completion. Jesse was truly a Godsend! AmAzInG! He handled everything from explaining what to expect at the start of the project, being here when the insurance adjuster arrived and being here throughout the installation process. He was always one text or phone call away. He was very responsive to all of the questions or concerns. Jesse was very kind, patient & understanding! The installers arrived on time, did not rush, and were very thorough. After the job was complete, the clean up was impeccable. I wanted to support a local business and my google search returned too many to consider. I saw that Greater Houston Roofing was rated highly by Angies list and they were in the Spring Branch area so I contacted them. From the first inspection all the way through completion of the job they were fantastic! The gentleman who initially came out, Clayton Boone served as project manager throughout the whole process. He was here when I met with the insurance adjuster and he also took samples to Homeowners Association for approval.
Their roofers were hardworking,polite, and did not have loud music blaring as so many others do.The job was completed on time, cleanup was excellent, and our new roof looks great!
I would highly recommend folks call Clayton at 281-797-0600 if they are considering redoing their roof .
