Refuses to give you a receipt for services rendered when asked multiple times even though you paid him. Shady organization. Obviously wanted to be an 'under the table' transaction.

I wish I could leave a good review as Mike came highly recommended, but I fear something has changed in the past years and his workmanship is not what it once was. Basically, he communication is lacking, the roof replacement took much longer than quoted, he choose not to pull a permit (without telling me), never provided me the roofing material warranty information, they made a mess which they left until the end of job (roofing material in my landscaping), and did not finish a few small, but important items on the roof. Things that I only noticed because I climbed up there and took a look. They were obvious (I know nothing about roofing and I could tell) and despite numerous promises to finish the job after one month I'm leaving this negative review. His price was good, the guys who actually did the work were very nice (Mike seldom showed up to the job), but given the lack of permit and therefore no inspection, I can't say if the workmanship is good or not. I do know they didn't complete a few items.
