Couple of the roof tiles flew off and broke during the last storm. Mike was able to give me a very fast estimate and replace the broken tiles promptly and very cost-effectively. He was very responsive, fast and reasonable. I highly recommend Great American for your roofing needs.

My experience with them was one rudeness and neglect. I called and left multiple phone and text messages about a leak and not one of them was ever returned. I'm glad the folks who have written positive reviews of this company had a good results but because of their discourteous and unprofessional behavior I never had a chance to find out. If you're in need of fast help I recommend you try elsewhere.

I needed some minor repairs done on my roof and I got an outrageous estimate that seemed like a complete ripoff from a different roofer. When I spoke to Mike, he right away made an impression like a squared away guy that gets it, and I knew he was the guy I was looking for. What a great price! But the bottom line is how the job was done. Mike Collins is a true professional in every aspect of his work. I talked to a few other contractors around town, first of all they acted as if I just fell off the turnip truck, not so with Mr. Collins. He saw to it that the roof on my apartment building got done before the storm came in.my tenants called me to say thanks for hiring him ,and that he completely cleaned everything up when the job was done.Do I recommend great American and Mike Collins YES!

I am just not sure what happened here. I called, the guy came to my house a couple of days later and gave me a bid. There was no haggling, and an agreement was made to return the following week. 2 weeks later, I called back, just asking for an update...no answer. Same drill for 2 more weeks, called, left message, no return call.

I'm OK if they just tell me the jobs too small, they're too busy, or he just did not like me. But shouldn't I get the courtesy of an answer? It's just rude and unprofessional, and I don't understand, after all the great reviews, why me? I was nice, I didn't try to beat him over the price. I just said thank you, see you next week.

Hope your experience is better than mine.

Mike from Great American Roofing is an outstanding business man. After reviewing some small issues that appeared on our home inspection report, he instructed my husband where to buy the materials and how to fix the issue himself. He came over to give an estimate within an hour of being called, and did not take a dime for the transaction. We were absolutely blown away by his knowledge of how to repair it and willingness to teach! It is an awesome thing to find a business that is solely dedicated to helping its community, and not prioritizing the dollar. Thank you so much Mike and Great American Roofing!

I had a small section on my roof and eve that appeared to be an issue. Mike came out to take a look and offered a very simple and easy fix to it that I was able to do on my own. He knew I had no idea what I was looking at and could have suggested a costly and unnecessary fix - instead he was upfront and honest about it. I won't hesitate to use Great American Roofing when it's time to replace my current roof.

Just happened to meet Mike at a local roofing supply company and he very generously provided detailed instructions on how I can fix my roof myself. Even offered to have me call him while I was doing the work for step by step instructions- no charge. Who does that ???

My husband and I were going to put our own gutters on, you know, the pre-fabricated plastic ones you buy at the big box store.

Then we started thinking, do we want all of those seams all around our garage?

That's when we decided to do some research and called, based on other Yelp reviews.

Mike, the owner, came out, gave us a price, which was VERY reasonable, and said he could install them the very next week.

Well, they were installed today and they are GORGEOUS! Completely seamless and perfectly installed.

My husband and I couldn't be happier and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for gutters done right at a very fair price!
