Gerardo and team installed a new roof for my mom 12/21/2022 and OMG his service from the first day we spoke until the day after installation was He also made sure to install her roof before the storm came which was a life saver. Thank you GRC Roofing I will be sure to refer to everyone I know.

GRC Roofing put on a roof for me 04/07 21. They were paid in full a t the completion of the job. They never provide me with my warranty or city permit. After requesting these documents numerous times and never receiving them I filled a complaint with the Contractors State License Board.
This is very bad business; to make a customer spend this much time on something that should have been given at the completion of the job is inexcusable. I will never do business with them again.

On october 25th, 2021, this gentleman Gerardo Chavez came to inspected my roof because it was leaking. After he left my resident and promised will write me an estimates within that day but never heard from him. I've try to reached out to him but no answer. This is bad business practice to begin with.

I found out about GRC Roofing from a friend who said ""I won't let anyone else touch my roof"". I then met the owner and hired him to replace the roof on my house. My house has a flat roof and water ponding had been a problem for many years. Gerardo and his foreman came up with a plan to add rigid foam insulation and re-slope the roof for better water run off. Last winter, for the first time since I've owned my house, no more ponding. The extra insulation also helps keep our house cooler during the summer heat. Gerardo and his men were careful, conscientious, hard working and did excellent work. I am grateful to Gerardo for improving our home.

Geraldo and his team did an excellent job on our garage roof and main house roof. We had a leak in the garage and damage to the main house roof, and they were able to fix both. His daughter handled the admin coordination and was responsive to questions and needs. Glad to be able to support a small business like theirs. I would recommend working with them for roofing needs.

They responded right away, came out and gave an estimate within a short time. Andres and his crew finished the work and went the extra mile by coming out to finish painting the wall and chimney again after I had given them the wrong color the first time. I am a property owner in Oakland Ca. I first became acquainted with GRC Roofing Co. When I saw some work they did on a property close to one of my rentals. My unit was in need of repairs also, and being on a budget I had been looking for competitive bids.

I took the card the renter had and called GRC and was pleasantly surprised that they were also a local company, and were able to fit me into their schedule at a time convenient to my schedule.

I was happy that the estimate was in my price range. I had also inquired about some gutter work that I had been putting off due to timing and cost.

I scheduled a start date and was so happy with the finished result , I called my GRC representative Robert to let him know how happy i was with the results and appearance and i noticed the gutters had been done also! When I asked how much he said no charge. I was floored and will recommend GRC to all my commercial as well as residential contacts not to mention family and friends. Thank you so much for treating me more like just a customer or number,i will definitely be referring you for years to come! Thank you GRC and your great staff.

I'm more upset than ever. I'm now doing a soft building upgrade. During the construction, we discovered that there has been much damage caused by the leaky roof installed by GRC. Dry rot, mildew. Now I may have tear down to the boards again to see how much I have to do. Rainy season will start soon. How do these people stay in business? Breaks my heart and my wallet. What a waste. Not only did I lose out on the $11,000 + but also the constant worrying and never ending repairs. I was in denial and did not realize the long term ramifications of having something done incorrectly. Just be careful.
