Avoid GRC Contractors and Gabriel Soto. He refuses to return calls and has completely ignored repeated requests for warranty repairs. I originally worked with Analicia, who served as both the sales representative and project manager. She was excellent--responsive, professional, and thorough--but was let go by Gabriel right after the job was finished. Since then, I've discovered multiple construction issues. While the subcontractors have been helpful and willing to assist, Gabriel has not honored his commitments or the warranty. I'm now being forced to pursue legal action just to resolve problems that should have been addressed promptly. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

One of the worst companies I have worked with and the sarcasm I got when things went wrong and was unprofessional and ignored phone calls and follow ups. I literally was told we're working on another project when they cut our electricity wires for our dishwasher. Would not recommend this company!!

I wouldn't recommend this company what so ever. I had my roof fixed by them. Since it was a small portion. I had to pay out of pocket. Not even 1 year and I have missing shingles from the area they fixed. I called the secretary she said she would ask the owner. I had to call them back 1 week later as they never called back. She said he agreed to fix it if it wasn't more than 4 shingles. If it was then I would have to pay for it. She told me March 30, 2023 they would go out there. As of today they said they weren't fixing it. As well I had to call them as they don't have the courtesy to call you back. I wouldn't recommend them at all. They are good to talk you into doing business but suck when it comes to customer service and the warranty. They now claim they don't give warranty on small fixed damages.

Had a new TPO roof put on. No issues until it really rained, and then the issues started coming. The scuppers were not done correctly and the seams were not heat welded. I called and it has been two months with no response. Several calls made and messages left. I would have rated no stars, however was not an option. Would not recommend.
