The team did a great job. They removed three trees that could have damaged my house in a storm and did the job in 4 hours. Just an FYI it was about a 10-12 week wait from 1st call to get a quote to when they could do the project. It was all good, I was in no hurry

Very professional and quick to respond. We had a dead splitting tree that was about 20 feet from the house and if it would have fallen it would have definitely hit the house. After contacting them on Saturday, John quickly came out the next day to check it out. He put us at the top of the list as a ""high risk."" The crew came out on Monday morning and did a great job of getting it down. They did a great job cleaned up all the debris using a blower. We have A LOT of big tall pine trees and we will definitely use Gray's again!!

Gray's team has surpassed my expectations in assisting me with tree removal. We had to have a number of trees removed from our backyard and neighbors also needed similar work done on their properties. It worked our perfectly for Gray's to come out and clean up the neighborhood at one time.

It was very exciting for my 1-year-old toddler to watch. They brought in a crane because the trees were so large and needed to be moved over our home into the front of the house. It was rather frightening watching as they took down parts of each tree and lifted around 20-30 foot pieces over my home. That's just a guess, but they were practically small trees being lifted directly over my house and then laid out in my front yard.

Most importantly, they did the job well. It was an art for the guy climbing up the tree and chainsawing parts of the tree and then the crane lifting it over. They came back out soon after and collected the logs from our yard and were kind enough to leave/bring some firewood for us since we brought the extra business from our neighborhood. They removed the stumps and now we just need to figure out what to do with our backyard!

Can't forget that we appreciate them beating the price of another company that gave us an estimate. Graham (no longer there) was the first to give us an estimate and I really liked how attentive he was to our situation and he gave us a good estimate. We had a couple more quotes, one ridiculously expensive compared to Gray's estimate and another that was comparable. When I let Graham know that we wanted to give him business but needed the lower price, he worked with us.

We've been back in touch with them because we have some roof issues--may be able to do another report when that work is done!
