Grayhawk did a renovation for me in 2014 which included slider to patio, a very large 4 panel window, flooring and drywall all on the 4th floor. Grayhawk team was professional, worked with a difficult logistical situation, and got the job done on time. After Irma I had a leak Grayhawk responded quickly, evaluated and was back to take care of it and make it good as new. I also had a ceiling leak and they fixed that too so I didn't have to call in another company. I would recommend them to everybody.

Windows & Sliding Doors - Still living with the mistakes they made.

When problems arise, this company ignores. We had a large job done by this company. The worst of our issues with them - they sawed into the Lintil in our house frame in order to install the wrong sized door. They had ordered the wrong size and butchered our house to 'make it fit'. They did this without asking our permission or written approval. Now this is a problem in our house we have to live with the rest of our lives.

One of the sliding doors they installed has never been water tight. Repeated requests for them to fix it have been ignored. No return phone calls. We finally paid to have a reputable company in the area fix their errors.

This company runs fast when you have problems.
