I had a brand new roof put on after Hurricane Florence by these guys, and I was to have a 15 Year Warranty on the roof. I was having issues with water drainage, and called out a gutter guy who immediately told me that the Roof Flashing was installed incorrectly, and showed me the SHINGLES were laying incorrectly to not allow the water to roll off the roof. This create all of my painting, and wood to rot on my facia! - I tried to contact this company, and they never called me back - i will report this also to BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU as this Damage is serious! BUYER BEWARE! When I called them they even insisted that they didn't install my roof! ROFL! - Well it says ""Grandchamp Roofing"" our of TEXAS on my ROOF REPLACEMENT RECIEPT! Hello?

When no one else would even give me the time of day, James took care of everything. Other contractors wanted to put me on a list even though I explained that this was an urgent situation. This roofing company really saved the day, and I'm super impressed with all of them!

I previously posted a bad review but it has come to my attention that the message that was so unprofessional and rude, DID NOT come from the owner of Grandchamp Roofing. I am very sorry for this mistake. Mr. Schultz was always polite with me and that is why I was shocked when I had a nasty message using Mr. Schultz's name. My apologies to Mr. Schultz and Grandchamp Roofing.

Bruce at Grandchamp Roofing replaced our roof and did a fantastic job. They were quite a bit cheaper than other places we had quote and Bruce helped out with some insurance issues we ran in to. They did an excellent clean up job and came out the next day to make sure they didn't miss anything. All around top notch company and work!
