I could not say enough good things about Carlos and his team. I wish all contractors we worked with were as wonderful as them!

Carlos recently took over the biz from Michael. He worked for the company 25+ years prior and knows his stuff. Additionally, he was so kind, so considerate and had excellent communication throughout us working with him.

We recently bought a 125 year old home that needed A LOT of work. Carlos was one of many contractors we worked with, and he was our favorite. We wish they did more than just roofs LOL.

We had to replace our entire roof - it was the original from 125 years ago with multiple composite layers and no plywood. Additionally, our roof is considered a steep roof which makes it more difficult for roofers. Carlos set our expectations correctly on timing of job - when he could start and how long it would take. He was great about communicating our materials options. I was at home very pregnant and about to have baby, and his team was so kind and considerate the entire time they were here. Most importantly, they did an excellent job and our roof looks great.

We're relieved to have this behind us and we're so thankful we were referred to Grand Roofing. We would absolutely hire them again.

My experience with Michael Suk at Grand Roofing was extremely disappointing and stressful. His communication was unclear and confusing, he was unreliable, and disorganized. It took months to schedule a simple job to add solar tubes and fix a skylight. It was difficult to understand the details of the job with his one-word email replies and day-before scheduling, and on the day of the job some simple confusion with a part (which I had asked about several times in the emails) led him to cancel the job, drive away and not come back until several more emails from me. Four months later, he promised to do the job, I cleared my schedule again, and he showed up at my house to say he was cancelling the job permanently. So almost six months later, with winter and rainy season here, I have no roof repair.

What a disappointment, and what a huge waste of my time and energy.

Grand Roofing did a great job on replacing our 30+ year old roof. Only took 2 days to complete and the crew left our house cleaner than when they started. I chose Grand because years ago, Michael came out to look at small leak we had and he told me how i could fix it myself. He never charged me for his time and I knew then that I had the number of a good roofing company if I ever needed any work done.

Grand Roofing is an excellent, but affordable, roofing company. I've worked with several roofers over the years, from high end to budget companies, and in my opinion Grand is the right balance of value and experience for most roofing jobs. Michael is very responsive. His crew is timely, neat and hardworking. I have had him do patch jobs and full roofing jobs and I've never been disappointed with the work or the follow through. I highly recommend you give him a try!

grand roofing is awesome! Michael the owner does exactly what he says, is on time, has a hard working crew, cleans up each nie. we had a big job, re-roofing an old peaked victorian with shingles, and he did a great job including all the little details like the small balcony roof, sheet metal porch 'roof', gutters, repaired skylight and flashings all around.

Very reliable and quote was in the ball park of others but I think we got a more experienced and better job. We got their name from 2 neighbors who used him, and I also highly recommend Grand if you need roofing patch or redone!
