Grand Gutters is more than a typical gutter company, we started off getting quotes of gutter and downspout replacement and ended up using them for roof work and exterior house painting as well.

Experience started off ok until the day of installation. I had got a quote for two houses next door to each other. When the installer showed up, he only had material for one house and not the other, with no clue that he was there for two jobs. Called Jayson and Lisa in the office and between the both of them saying two different things about the install. While one of the installers was waiting to hear from Jayson, he told his co-worker to go to go door-to-door on my block and put their flyers in my neighbors mailboxes. Finally when Jayson called, he had the nerve to demand another $100 for a job that they already quoted. After wasting a day off to do this, Jayson didnt try to make it right by finding a solution. He simply said to think about it and if they can reschedule. I was already upset that the communication between Jayson, Lisa and installer was poor that i told him on the phone not to come back. I ended up calling Oscar at Oscars Gutters and he came the next day, gave a quote, showed up and finished both jobs in a day with all the materials. If you are thinking of using Grand Gutters, you may want to re-consider. What they say is NOT what they do, very disappointed and wouldnt refer to anyone.

Like many of the other one star reviews I have to say they are not at all organized one side of the office doesn't know what the other is doing. I started by getting a quote in January after showing quote to husband we agreed to have Grand Gutters do the work on our gutters. I had to call several times to get our date, Valentine's Day, then on Valentine's day there were wind advisories and chance of rain I understand that but when I called in to get our new date I was told Jason wasn't in that he would call me when he got in that morning. Then began the calls and the promises that I would be called back my folder was placed on top of the stack Jason would be in that morning in a little bit. I never got a call Thursday, didn't get a call Friday, Friday afternoon I called another company and left a message as it was close to 5pm on a holiday weekend my husband said no calls til Tuesday... Well the new company called me back Saturday morning gave me a quote over the phone and set up a service date for Monday. The other company's crew arrived on time Monday morning and completed our job. I got a call from Grand Gutters today, Tuesday the 19th and they said they had a date for me the first week in March... They wanted me to wait 3 weeks from the original date of service which was several weeks after the quote. Seems to me they have a breakdown in communication which is hurting their company. I will stick with the other company.

Well I thought we had finally straightened things out. second leak right through attic and into living room floor, so after they finally got their schedule straightened out, a roofer showed up Sat to repair roof, place an entire nee flashing as first one wasnt high enough. So they had also agreed for the 3rd time to pick up the 30 or more empty water bottles their crew has nicely littered the back of our attic with. This is the third time I was told and this time by the owner, Rashell that her husband Jayson would personally collect the littered bottles-- nope.. they are still there! I went through this when the entire perimeter of my house had over 50 nails on the ground no one bothered to pick up. So Jayson agreed to come but decided to send Jeremy who walked the perimeter with me anf i pointed out every single nail on the ground. I personally pulled garbage (mcdonalds wrappers and such) from the trees and bushes in the yard as this crew uses the residence as their wastebasket- VERY unprofessional. So Rashel... can you let me know for the 4th time when someone is going to go get all the empty water bottles littering the attic as being a professional, I expect you to keep your word on it being taken care of a I still have your email to me stating Jayson would go last Sat.??????

Could not be happier with Grand Gutters! My husband called and within 2 days Jason came out to give us a price. The price was fair and he made it clear what would be done. We were put into the schedule for the following week and they even came a day earlier to do the job. The crew was friendly and they did a clean install and took the time to clean up afterward. The gutters look great! I have to mention that part of our decision to use Grand Gutters was because they are a woman-owned company. We are happy to refer all our friends and family!

I had always been happy with their service. I had them over every year for gutter cleaning. This summer had the entire gutter around the house replaced. All was well till the guy showed up on the day we set the appt for. Then he left without getting any work done, i had to call the company to let them know. They were to let me know when he will complete his work. The guy shows up another day without any notice. since i wanted to get done with that rude guys service, I said nothing. He finished his job, didn't agree to get pics to show me the completed work. Very rude and unprofessional. In the process of replacing gutter, he broke few of my roof tiles. Am still working with the company to get it fixed. Very disappointed with their service this time. I will have to look for a different company for ongoing annual cleanups. It just is sad when businesses do this to their regular customers. I wouldn't have given 3 star if i had not known them from when they cared for their customers. I am thinking of getting an inspection done so i will know what else that guy has damaged.

Update: for how bad i felt for loosing a good company and their service to bad customer service, it turns out they are still the same old company with the best customer service. They did followup and the fix is being scheduled. I am glad they are the same company i can rely on and i feel equally bad for being hasty on categorizing them wrong. I don't think i will ever go to any other company for my roofing and gutter needs. Thank you grand Gutters. You are a true 5 star , i have seen you and used your service for almost 7 yrs now.

A visit to a major home renovation store for a security door put this company in contact with us. Them and one other contractor; who showed up on the schedule date, with a phone call to ask if a bit early was ok. They [Grand Gutters] were to come out and measure our front door and submit said info to the ""store"" as the process was completed. I scheduled with the receptionist at GG during the second week of July and get a call the day before our appointment saying her guy was on vacation that day and would not be available and thus need to reschedule. So the next week the rescheduled appointment was rescheduled again the day before because the guy would not be in my area and not able to make it. She told me I did not need to be there and he would do the measure the next day [Friday] without me being there; front door so I was ok not being there for a measure. I called this week, almost 1 week after the unattended measure appointment, to find out if the ""guy"" came or not and no information was available. She told me she would call me back later to let me know one way or the other, and if he had not been out that he would be out the next day, today, to do the measure. Almost 24 hours have passed and still no call back. So, I have decided to contact the store and salesperson with whom I began this process and complain about this contractor continually rescheduling appointments, and now failing to return a call thus delaying the project unnecessarily. We originally visited that store on June 29 and it is now August 3. We are yet to move forward in the process because of the delays caused by Grand Gutters. When scheduling appointments you should know when your resources are available, or are not. Furthermore, the schedule for them should be logical, and the logistics or where they will be should be equal to the task, to have them in areas that travel time is possible between one another. By all appearances and experience, these things were not considered and this customers time was not a factor. I could not, and would not recommend this contractor based on these details.

Where so many similar companies didn't return calls or were unorganized, I found Grand to be super professional and efficient. I had a quote within hours and the work was done within the week.
