So pleased with the service!!! My gutters were clogged up so I had waterfalls in different areas, the kids liked playing in them but they had to go!! Lol They came out quick, cleaned them up and were out before you know it! No more waterfalls!! So happy!! Thank you Rashell!

We had just moved into the house, and in the first big rain storm, saw water flowing over the sides of the gutters. Called Grand gutters and they were able to fit me into their schedule the next day itself. The two guys who showed up did a great job with cleaning out the gutters, the drains, and cleaned the roof also (took them close to three hours and they even worked in the rain). After the job was done, they followed up a week later to make sure everything was flowing correctly. I think I know who I am getting my annual servicing with. Their pricing was also quite competitive

I had a good experience with Grand Gutters after part of my gutter collapsed. They looked at the photos I sent, arrived with the replacement section of gutter, and fixed it with no drama.

I have no idea how competitive their pricing was ($1800 for replacing 25 feet of copper gutter) since no other gutter repair companies got back to me - it was right after the first major rain storm of the year, so they were probably inundated.

I knocked off one star since after the job was completed, they tried to bill me their original much-higher quote which had been based on an incorrect understanding of the gutter length. Once I complained, they changed the bill to the agreed-upon quote.

We contacted Grand Gutters for a quote on gutters for our house. J was really quick to respond to all my questions and to get me a quote. When I talk about quick response, I mean over a week time period not just your initial email that you send companies. We went with a different company, but not J's or Grand Gutters fault at all. I appreciate the fact that J was quick to response and patient with all my questions. I hope that we can use for other projects around our addition!

I used Grand gutters for a roof installation and exterior painting of my home and they do amazing work. I met personally with the owner Jason and explained what I needed done, he worked out a package deal estimate for me and as soon as I said ok, they began the work. Everything was done within 3 days, very fast and accurate work! End results look amazing, like a brand new home.

Thank you! Rashell and his team are great. They beat a quote from another provider, and their ""change order"" rate for some additional work was very reasonable. Rudy came up with some good ideas for rerouting my deck downspout properly, saving us from having to open up the deck boards. The job wasn't quite done in a day, but Rudy and his colleague got it done quickly on the second day. Thanks again!

While they certainly are the best price around, you get what you pay for. We hired Grand to do a bathroom remodel in July and were quoted a two-three month wait. The job finally commenced six months later and was nothing shy of a nightmare. We experienced change orders presented after the work was complete, quality issues that had to be repaired after the job was terminated and a host of other issues. Be aware of your quote- it isn't detailed and doesn't mention the subs that they give your job away to.
