The whole reason I got my roof done was because I need an AC unit and my old roof couldn't hold it up. I found Louis they did the job. They charged me extra 200 to come out after the air conditioner was installed to double check everything so it wouldn't void out my warranty.....fast forward 1 year 4 leaks! I called Louis they came out and said the air conditioner wasn't installed properly so that's where the leak is coming from. I called the air conditioning company. They came out and took pictures of where the legs were coming from. Had nothing or nowhere to do with the air conditioner I sent the pictures to Luis and he said again wasn't his fault and the extra money I paid for them to double check and secure my warranty didn't matter. I asked him for a quote to get the leaks fixed because it's raining and I haven't heard from him since if you want somebody who's going to follow up and fix the job they started go with another company.

I cannot believe how this company does business! Luis, the owner came to my home and gave me an estimate to repair my roof. We made an appointment for a day and time for the next week. He called me that morning to tell me he was having issues finding roof tiles that match my roof and he would call me in an hour or two!
That was a week ago!!! I have not heard from him or Grand Canyon Roofing since! What a way to treat a potential client! I would never ever recommend this company for anything!!!

Grand canyon roofing installed the wrong size fascia on our office and refused to change it we had to pay some other roofing company to fix it this was less than two years ago also last month we called because the wind is tearing up roof in one corner and they also refuse to come fix it .I'm pretty sure there is a warranty they refuse to abide by it . if i where you i would look for another roof company to do your roofing .

Had my roof done in August 2017 was happy with the roof, they could have cleaned up the hundreds of nails I found all around my yard, but was happy with the roof. September 2018 part of my roof came off. I called and Luis came out that day and fixed it. He said it was a manufacturer defect and he would submit a claim. By November I had heard nothing and two unanswered phone calls made to Luis. Well last week my roof started leaking. Again I called Luis and left messages, with no response. I decide to call him from a friends phone that doesn't have my name on the caller ID. Sure enough third ring he answered. He stated he never got my messages and made an appointment to come out to my house 12/12/18 at 7am. It's now 12pm and he never showed up or called!

Contacted Luis and he came right away for a free estimate. Then he quoted me a much lower price than the previous estimates i have gotten. I thought he was very professional and also respectful. I liked the fact he was licensed as well. Scheduled a date to get my roof done. He told me about 2 days to get done, but he did it in one day. Came out with his crew, all the guys very nice and got right to work as soon as they arrived. I am very happy with his work! My Roof looks awesome now! Mind you it was really bad! I had a thousand leaks all over it was a mess! But now thanks to Luis and his guys for the awesome and professional work they did, i finally got rid of my headache of a leaky roof! Highly recommend them. I am a very happy customer. Definitely will call them back for more work. Also left my place very clean after the work was done! That to me is a big plus.

Contacted Luis after seeing his add on Facebook, I made and appointment with him to discuss pricing, he gave us the best price we had received and we had gotten multiple quotes and his was the best with warranty on the roof and they were licensed so it was a no brainer, Luis and his crew were extremely professional and courteous, they were also extremely clean left everything spotless everyday before going home, my girlfriend and I were extremely pleased with their workmanship they did a beautiful job on the roof and it has definitely made a huge difference in our home and also thank you for doing the roofing on our dogs house we truly appreciated that now we have matching roofs lol!. We would highly recommend Grand Canyon Roofing for anyone who wants quality work with great warranty, Thank you Luis and Crew for your excellent work

I had the exact same experience as the previous reviewer. They did the job and disappeared and never returned my calls and sms. Even when I offered them money for that and other jobs! Really weird.

Absolutely horrible service!!!! After the roof was installed, we called them for a simple thing and they didn't return any of our half a dozen calls. They will do the job but if you need anything else afterwards you better be prepared to call another company!
