After an initial satisfactory job (completed December '17) @$25K, we experienced several roofing leaks that appeared to occur from around the vent pipes. Called Josh regarding the issue. After first indicating that he would send someone out to inspect, today Josh notifies me that he does not believe he is responsible and is not sending someone to even identify what the problem may be. Said again ... WON'T EVEN SEND ANYONE OUT TO INSPECT! So here I am, up on the roof -- just 4 days after major knee surgery by the way -- looking at unsealed nail holes on at least one pipe vent and unsure why my roof is leaking. Major storms predicted for tomorrow. NOT SURE WHAT VALUE THE PROMISED WARRANTY PROVIDES ...

Josh is an absolute pleasure to do business with! He is very responsive and honest. With so many Roofing companies these days, it's tough to make a decision. Graham Roofing and Construction is a superb company with a personal feel! Would highly recommend to anyone!
Larry T.From the beginning of the quote process all the way to the end of the job I was super impressed with the work from Graham Construction and Roofing. There are some large roofing companies out there that might send a job supervisor out to see the job the day it starts and the day it ends. With Graham I saw the actual owner of the company every day of the project. He was there making sure the everything went as smoothly as a construction project can go. Having had my roof replaced before I am well aware of what a construction zone looks like during the project. My expectation was that it be completed in the time frame I was given and that the project area be clean at the end of the project. All of my expectations were exceeded.
If you need a roof then I would highly recommend Graham Construction and Roofing. Not only will you get the best deal around, but you will get a job done right by professionals.
Oksana H.Josh and his crew was very professional and a pleasure to work with. We had pretty severe roof damage from the recent storms in the Dallas area.
He was very diligent and delivered beyond expectations. He took extra care of our home and the crew was very responsive to any concerns we had during the process.
Graham construction was wonderful to work with and I would vouch for Josh and his company any day. Wonderful customer service with a finish product that exceeded any and all expectations.
Julie T.Our initial impression of Josh was that he was pleasant and charming, ""a great salesman"". All of the concerns we had were quickly answered with the perfect solutions that were, unfortunately, empty promises that meant NOTHING. A word of advice, get your bid in writing from Josh -before he asks to see the insurance appraisal to make sure it is ""fair"", (if you do decide to use him after reading this review).
-The job was scheduled to be done while we were out of town for 8 days. He didn't start until the day before he knew we were to arrive home and we had to listen to roofing noise for the next 4 days.
-He explained he'd personally roll the yard with a magnet at the end of each day to pick up the stray nails. He was never there at the end of a work day, and I had to continually voice concerns of the MANY nails in the driveway/sidewalks/backyard/and pool DAILY that were being found.
-The pool would be covered to protect it from debris. When we returned from vacation we found countless nails and shingles in the pool. He didn't cover it until we reminded him of his promise. The nails left rust stains on the bottom of the pool.
-His crews destroyed 15- 20 bushes in the landscaping. They walked/stepped on them like they were stepping stones and not 5 year old, established shrubs. When I brought it to his attention his reply was ""it could have been worse"" and shrugged it off.
-He waited to put gutters on until he was back in town, because he wanted to make sure ""everything was done right"". He didn't show up until late in the day, only to find they had spent hours installing the wrong color gutters. This meant another day of noise AND trampling of the shrubs.
These are only a few of the many issues we had. BOTTOM LINE - Josh is a used car salesman that tells you exactly what you want to hear, and has no intentions of following through. He is in it for the most money he can get - cutting corners at the homeowner's expense. We regret not going with our gut instinct of using a company that had been in business 10-20 years and instead hiring the smooth talker, that lied to us and fed us empty promises daily.
Punctuality was not good. When told what time he would meet at the house, he was a no show. When called, he said he was still at the office. No apology and no phone call. Bid/contract included installing new radiant barrier decking. When brought to Josh's attention that the decking he put on didn't have the radiant barrier, Josh first said the supplier ran out so he had to use it. When confronted and told that many other places in DFW had radiant barrier decking that he could have bought it from, only then did he admit they screwed up which, coincidentally and conveniently, saved him money. Despite him knowing they weren't doing what they were paid to do, he did it anyway and didn't own up to it until he got caught and then gave two different stories. When told he needed to make it right and put on the correct decking, he refused to do so.
Also, in the course of their work, we discovered two inside vents became disconnected leaving toxic fumes to escape in the home. Sloppy work. When brought to Josh's attention. he said it had been fixed. When checked, it was not.
It is rare that someone does less than promised/contracted, gets caught, changes stories and after getting caught, refuses to make it right, because he doesn't want to spend the money to fix it and do it right.
