Signed a contract back in 2020 to replace my windows. Here we are 3 years later and the job is still not finished. Due to Covid, the job was pushed back, which is totally acceptable but that was not the only challenge. The initial measurements taken were not correct, waited another 6 months or so to rectify. After that, one of the windows was damaged, another 4-5 months to get that replaced. Hurricane came this past September and one of the windows was not properly sealed so it is compromised. Still waiting on getting that one replaced. This experience has been more than frustrating to say the least!

The built a screened in patio 3 yrs ago. We had an issue caused by the sun and humidity on the door handle. They came 1 day later and replaced for free. Service is EXCELLENT and I love our room.

Never know if or when they will show up. Have to call every day to find out and then no returned phone calls. I'm 75 and had to clean up and move heavy furniture back myself. Can't get them back to finish job. Still have to put closures on two doors and finish caulking and fix two leaks. They now tell me they don't know when the guy can come back to finish. Very unhappy.

Fantastic job! My screen room is beautiful and exactly what I asked for. Highly recommend this company. Will definitely be using them again.

Zero communication, unorganized, poor quality work, left a huge mess. Do not reccomend

If you are looking to hire a company who makes false promises on delivery date, took your deposit after the execution of the contract and never start on time, poor communication with the owners on the starting of the project, leaving a bunch of construction materials at your job site, so please hide your children, come up with a bunch of reasons why they did not show up to work, and still justify their company reputation, please hire Graham Construction. You will be a perfect parent for this company. Babysit them all the way through. Please take a look at the pictures to understand how materials including nails are left at the job site. Completely unsafe environment due to exposed nails pointing upward on boards all pointing upward!! . Not to mention undocumented, crew not showing up to work. You may definitely call me if you need more information. This is no lie. Buyers beware!!
Project start date: 5/11/2021.
No Foreman, no owner, no checking on the one guy they assigned to job site. Employee missed 3 days, no show. Employee promised coded deck completed by 5/14, then 5/21. Deck is still incomplete.
5/27: Owner of company called for the first time asking me, customer, if deck is completed and ready for inspection! I told him I wouldn't know. He said he'll send someone. The one guy at the jobsite working in just the deck alone, who made multiple promises on completion, apparently told the owner it is 99% completed and ready for inspection. Wow, talk about babysitting a company! See last few pics taken today to show is it truly 99% completed and ready for inspection. I have serious concern how some of the work will pass deck inspection. But that is not my job. If owner or foreman is out here, they would have caught it!

I wish I could give the guy that did the footings for the screen patio, and the two guys that put up the screen more than 5 stars, everyone of them were very professional, they cleaned everything up and hauled it away. They started and finished on time just as promised. They were perfectionist and did a wonderful job they worked so hard the entire time in this heat, I felt so bad about that. We could not be happier. and are so happy we chose Graham Aluminum for this job.

Graham Aluminum is THE WORST company I have had to deal with. Their sales team (Butch and some other guy) were so pushy, kept insisting we needed to make a decision right then and there, and the price would change if we didn't decide. They told us about 5 times that it takes over an hour for them to get to our house (I don't care, if your company doesn't service this area, you shouldn't have made the appointment). When I called the office to tell them I received ""Oh, yea I apologize about those two, we have been trying to fire them"" (WHAT?!?!) Then I was told the sales manager would come out because he wanted to apologize for the sales teams behavior. TWO hours before he is supposed to be at our house, he called to tell me not once but twice that i""ts not worth his drive to us if I am just going to tell him his pricing is to high"". He was demanding to know if we were going to go with them ""before he wastes his time coming out"". We have had 4 other companies come to the house and come in priced 1/2 of what Graham is quoting us, when I told Kevin that he was pushing for the other companies names, locations etc, asked me twice if they were local. Again, not my problem as to where the company is located. I am completely appalled at the sales team and the sales managers behavior, unprofessional-ism, and pushiness!!! I can not express enough how awful of an experience this has been! Please, please, please reconsider contacting or even using this company!!!!!
To make it even better, a man just called me from the company to find out if any of their representatives have contacted me...what?!? He then proceeded to tell me they are a company for quality people and use quality products and it does take them over an hour to get to us... Lakeland is NOT over an hour from us, are you saying I am not a quality person?!? Who are these people?!?

BEWARE of GRAHAM ALUMINUM One star is beyond generous. Butch came to my home 10-26-18 for a quote on an aluminum roof. The contract included removal and reinstallation of existing solar panels so the aluminum roof could be applied. Butch stated he knew some one who could remove and replace the solar panels. After negotiation, we agreed on a price of $20,000. I signed a contract, in good faith, and gave them a deposit of $6,667 via credit card. We made an appointment for him to come to my home 11-16-18 at 2 PM as I needed paperwork for the HOA.
11-16-18 came and went no call/no show. When I called to schedule another appointment 11-29-18, he stated he was in a motor vehicle accident, was in pain and would setup an appointment the next week and that he was looking for some one to remove and replace the solar panels so that the aluminum roof could be done. He never called to reschedule.
In December, I contacted the main office of Graham Aluminum discussing Butch's lack of contact. I was told by the girl that she would contact Mr. Graham and he would call me that day. I waited all day and no call. I called the next day and talked with a different lady regarding lack of service. She called someone and returned the call that day stating the HOA paperwork was not done.
12-5-18 Butch called my home two times that evening with no scheduled appointment while I was at work, wanting to come by as he was quote in the area unquote. With the second call, he realized I was not home, he stated that he would schedule an appointment for the next week. No return call on Butch's part.
12-26-18 I received calls from Butch and Nate, the project manager, wanting to make an appointment for that week. Two months later, to the day, Nate and Butch sat in my living room and verbally informed me that the contract was VOID, as it was illegal for them to remove and reinstall my existing solar panels, He stated quote Butch made a mistake unquote. Nate also wanted my original contract so he could rewrite it, stated the paperwork for the HOA was not done, made an appointment for 1-4-19 and the two of them walked out the door.
1-29-18 I called Nate stating I wanted a copy of my original contract. He stated that it was VOID but would not be a problem. He stated that if I did not want to continue with Graham Aluminum I would have to pay for engineering costs. I told him that to my face the previous day that the paper work was not done. His rebuttal was quote it is in your file unquote. GO FIGURE!
The next week I received calls from Nate to confirm the appointment stating he quote would bring the stuff I promised you unquote. When I returned the call I told him I wanted a copy of the original contract, he stated it was void and quote to move on unquote. He also stated that quote Butch made a mistake and sometimes I don't know where his head is unquote. He also stated that evening I needed to decide if I want to continue working with Graham Aluminum, I would have let him know within the next half an hour and would have to pay for engineering paper work cost. I told him I needed to make an informed decision and to come 1-4-19 as scheduled. In reflecting how rude Nate was with his verbal comments, voiding a WRITTEN contract and lack of work on their part after two months, I decided I did not want any further contract with Graham Aluminum.
Nate called that morning stating he was sorry they could not get my business. I told him to listen to me as Graham Aluminum knew from day one that the solar panels had to be subcontracted out. He stated quote no you listen to me unquote and for me to not use the quote you unquote pronoun with him as he was not part of the original contract. I hung up.
I have contacted a lawyer, BBB, Sate of Licensing Board, Office of Attorney general, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, The Home Mag(where they advertise quote All it takes is one call to Graham Aluminum unquote and Home Advisor. I will continue to attempt to inform the public with the truth about how Graham Aluminum victimizes people. It is in dispute the credit care company for $6,667.

We enclosed our Florida Room and Graham Aluminum did a
