Bought a house from a flipper. Looks like Grady Cross pulled the permits but not sure they did the work. Currently 2 months into finding the source of a wind blown leak. If you need a permit pulled, it appears to be their specialty. By the way, when someone other than a licensed contractor installs a roof, the warranty does not transfer without a lot of trouble.

We had our roof replaced by this company, Grady Cross Roofing. With in one season we had more leaks then with the prior roof. We made many call to this Andy character whose response was slow and soon after stopped taking our calls all together.

The problem is, they failed to properly use the right size roofing screws with smaller heads that backed out. I also found that they did not use 1x4 wood boards or strips to secure the metal to the roof. They instead screwed the metal directly to the roof with out using the proper underlying. This caused major interior damage as well. Which also the promised to fix.

In March of this year a crew came out with the proper screws and 1x4 strips worked for a week before abandoning the job and lleaving the material to rot in my yard.

I have tried to reach the owner or owners. Have asked to speak to Mr. Cross. By the way I have no clue if he actually exists.

I paid a lot for this roof so I don't think it is reasonable request to get it fixed properly. We are now seeking legal action on this matter. I am posting this as a warning to all. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well to start the process.

I hired this company.

Awesome job. My name is Eric and my company owns the home that they fixed- which is 2692 145th St 34491 and these are the before and after photos. It was a metal re-roof. Alex was the sales rep.

I would not hesitate to call these guys. I called about 70 roofing companies that ranged from Ocala, Tampa, Orlando, Gainesville, and other local cities and they were the most competitive and the project only took about 2 days.

The quality of the metal is really good.

The visual appeal of my new roof is quite great, but the lack of respect for the people you are working for exceeds it. The sheer disregard for my Mothers plants, they were crushed with roof paneling, causing many to have to be uprooted, crushing them with the wires of your nails guns and/or other equipment. Something she worked so hard on, something to help with her depression, broken and crushed by this company. And the real cherry on top; I am finally deciding to write this review two month after the job was completed because to this day, I am finding nails all around my house. In the driveway, my Mothers plant beds where she kneels down to attend to them, in my pets outside area where they run and play, and every other place in between these areas. The lack of respect and concern for your customers is disgusting, and I hope no other family will be affected by this.
