I was looking to add a screen in patio to the rear of my home. As usual I choose five different companies for estimates. Larry the owner of the Graco construction met me at my home and I explained what I wanted done. He took measurements and explained the process to me, a few days later I had a estimate to screen in my patio which is 14' X 42' which was very fair. I then decided to add another ten feet to bring it out to 24' x 42', no problem for Larry. Once the materials arrived to my home it took his team no time to build out my screen patio. I must say that Stephen the foreman kept my informed every step of the way. I must say the me and my family our pleased with out new patio which includes three ceiling fans and additional electrical outlets. My next door neighbor came over and show how great the patio turn out that he is now having Graco

I loved working with Larry and his company. He enclosed part of my Lanai to make a sunroom for my daughter and she LOVES IT. He hires contractors with his same sense of professionalism and work standards. Everyone who worked on this project were considerate and made sure we were satisfied throughout the project. We started this project while the pandemic was at it's peak and Larry and his team kept us appraised of the timelines and roadblocks he was facing every step of the way. I mostly would like to everyone to know what EXCELLENT work Larry does and he will handle you and your project with professionalism and respect. Larry and Julie of Graco Construction are the BEST. They are honest and reliable and in the - sometimes sketchy - world of contractors, they will get the job done CORRECTLY. Larry is an excellent communicator and we've had nothing but a wonderful experience working with their company. We can't thank them enough for all of their hard work and the work of their team. Graco did a great job updating my bathroom. They gave a fair price, were able to talk about what needed to be done and how they would do it, made great recommendation, and were spot on with everything. They came when they said they would, did a perfect job, cleaned up, were always professional, and finished on time. The tile looks great! I could not ask for more. LOVE my new bathroom!!!
