unprofessional, gave us a price we agreed and them they got permit for the job. When the permit was recieved the suddenly our job was goeb up a lot in price - we were told tomoay it or loosing the permit money. Stay away they try to bait and switch their customers!!!

Where do I begin? Only 1 star because I am prohibited from giving a zero rating. After I contacted them by phone, I got a phone response a few days later and an inspector came out on their behalf. Upon a brief inspection without apparent measurements being taken of the flat roof portion of my otherwise peaked metal roof I was told I would receive an emailed estimate for replacement to include removal and reinstallation of a portion of the metal roof, which I indicated I wanted to avoid. The inspector said that he would consult with his ""expert"" Boss on the matter. A week later I got a call from their office stating that they had been too busy to get an inspector out, but that they would soon. I told her that the roof had already been inspected and that my confidence was shaken as to their competence and that if I didn't get a written estimate shortly, I would have to look elsewhere. That was a week and a half ago and nothing from them. A Roofer who inspected my roof today informed me that messing with the metal part of my roof would have opened a Pandora's Box of problems.

Agreed to terms with the man who gave me the estimate via email. These terms were then changed when their office sent me the contract. I forwarded our email trail to the office and called to request the terms on the contract match our agreement. They countered by further pushing the terms in their favor. Basically, they pushed my roof repair back by a couple weeks, as this was just prior to the Christmas holiday, by breaking an agreement. I don't trust them, and therefore did not go forward with the contract.

So many businesses ignore you after they get paid. Not Jonathan. He even can get reached after work hours.

As an example of the expediency is I had a fresh leak occur and after my phone call , they had a technician arrive within 3 hours and repair. How rare same day service !
