Watch out before hire this company

I hired this company 2015. Owner told me he has licensed at that time. But his license was inactive.
He asked me to pay last couple thousand payment before completely finish job. I was totally trust him and paid. After next day, no one showed up.
I claimed him couple times he never answer my phone.
I took this case to city county. That's way I found out this company has no license.

I hired different Constractor who has license to finish left over work.
They found out many jobs are illegal.
For example, when Grace Construction changed electrical outlet, they just cover with plywood over the old outlet. Other one was Grace Construction put electric outlet above bathtub. It is quite DANGEROUS. New bathtub was worst. Second Constractor, they checked how to installed bathtub. Plumbing was totally messed up.
Obviously Grace Construction, nobody knows electric neither plumbing.
Bathroom tiles was cracked and easy to come off the wall.
Grace construction asked reasonable price but they don't have skill.
I hope this message help people who is interested in this company.

This crew has been working at my neighbor's home for weeks. We live at the end of a cul-de-sac. These workers come with 3 large trucks and block our driveway. They do this consistently! I asked them to move and double park behind each other (block their own cars), but NO, they move their trucks, and when I arrive home, my driveway is blocked again! What idiots! They are so disrespectful and rude! Don't they know that they should not block neighboring driveways, causing an inconvenience to others! Awful, plain terrible! Never will I use them for home repairs!
