Horrible!! Worst decision I have ever made. They did a horrible job. I called so many time but no one cares. The quality of the door and windows are very bad quality. I'm furious every time that I'm looking at this mess for my hard earned money. The manager doesn't care , she asked me to send pictures and videos . I did never heard from her . After so many phone calls and she told me to speak to the salesman like really... Again I called left voice-mail no one care to return nor to fix anything. Find youan other company.

By far the worst experience. The sales agent harassed us over their phone and was discriminating us over our race. They left a dump truck parked in front of our house for days, which had an oil leak and permanently stained our driveway. After speaking with them they stated that some people have trucks parked out front for weeks and that we should be ""grateful"" it was a shorter period of time. They also removed our gutters although it was NOT included in the contract, they also ripped off the fascia and left a hole on the roof with no type of protective covering. There was a bad storm a few nights ago and we already got countless leaks. Who allows this company to be in business? There are no regulations or supervision over the employees. They left a piece of plywood over my AC unit. Once we got to it it was already BURNING hot. So unprofessional, NO customer service, strictly bullies. Do not waste your time here, go for a company that actually holds themselves accountable and actually performs the services in the written contract. They are a disaster, stay away!

Stay away from this company!!!!

On 6/22/22 we signed the agreement for are windows and doors.

Today is 5/13/2023 amazing 1year later and still have to deal with this unprofessional company.

I had called this company, two days after signing contract and asked to please remove the arches of the order. They refused, that the order was already placed, and they contacted their attorneys to attack me l!!!

When installers were sent, and I started speaking with them, they had only started installing windows and doors for two weeks ( this was after half the job was done ) when I realized the damages they we're causing I was very upset.

Our sliding doors came with the wrong handles, they ordered new ones and they were still the wrong ones "" Amazing "".

G&R send out a professional crew for 1 day and the next day sent us back same unprofessional rookie that originally installed our doors and windows that caused all issues.

Unbelievable!!


Front door is not adjusted properly and not flushed with floor, causing a trip hazard.


G&R doors lack customer care/service, they barely answer the phone , mostly text and if we're lucky they reply within 2 weeks time sometimes more, they installed a broken glass

In my opinion this company is the worst company I have ever dealt with, I feel I been bullied and deceived by G&R Doors and Windows. I have been waiting months for them to come fix a few issues that happened after the installation was completed. 1-there is one piece of the front window that felt without notice, after explaining to them that this could be a hazard because it can fall on someone they send someone to look at it, the guy that came was not able to fix the issue l, he assured me he would talk to the owners, explain what was happening and get back to us on how they would fix it.2-The sliding doors in the back don't open properly this issue also was explained to person that came and he assured us they would send someone to fix it it's been more than 2 months since that. 3- front door has a gap that is very hard to close l. This was also mentioned to them and they assured it would be solved. 4-It has been more than 5 months since I been waiting for the screens they damaged while in the process of bring them to the house. All I want is for them to fix what they did wrong. I am also afraid since I did the roof with them to they would not honor the contract if any other problem comes up. Please I need help. I do not recommend their services this is my opinion.

Please if up read no other reviews, please read this review. This will be extensive, but please I implore you to review this before doing any business with G&R. This company received a 1 star from me because a negative rating was not possible, but it is most definitely deserved. This company started off doing the roof of my home and that was horrible. They had workers urinating at the corner of my home, they removed my security camera I guess to prevent me from seeing what was going on and put it back upside down which I had to repair. None the less they were contracted to do both my roof and my hurricane impact windows and doors. The install is done in two visits, one was to install the doors and windows, then an inspection had to be completed and then they had to finish up. The first part of the issue came from a back French door, myself and my wife thought we asked for privacy doors, but the doors that were installed did not have privacy and the company wanted to be paid in full before the inspection was even completed. I will attach the pictures to prove how they left my home, but there was a very angry back and forth conversation about the back door which I said some things, but never did I have an issue in paying them in fact the funding company Fortifi Financial gave us the option to do a 80/20 split just so the contractor could finish the job and then get paid. They turned down the 80/20 but Fortifi never advised me of this, so I told G&R we could get lawyers involved because I was not paying 100% until the work was completed again never said I would not pay them. A few days after I reached out to G&R again to ask when they would be doing the inspection, because I wanted to get them out of my life as soon as possible, but I was told I needed to speak to their attorney and their attorney on instruction from G&R sent me a notice to file a lean against my property. I contacted the lawyer directly and told her I was not holding up their funding, I just needed the project to be completed but I was very much willing to pay as I had already signed the contract with Fortifi financial and they were the funding company, I had to pay. They finally sent the inspector out and completed (or so they say) the job. I will attach photos of what a completed job looks like, and you can decide if working with this company is worth it for you or not. I then proceed to contact the funding company as I promised their lawyer I would to complete the funding while speaking to my lawyer to ask them to fix my home. They sent me a part of the contract which I will attach the photo of as well that states basically if they damage your home, they are not responsible. I was very hurt by this because now I must pay them, but then get another contractor to repair my home, but I continued to call the funding company twice a week to see if I could complete the funding call, but I never could because G&R did not mark the job as complete. My own lawyer says pay them to get it over with and if we need to do anything else, we can do it on the back in and I tried. The last few days I received a new contract from Fortfi where G&R has added $4000 in fees. Fortifi won't help me because when I asked them to complete the job before paying them, they marked that as I refused to pay so all my calling weekly didn't matter, my total has now increased by almost $4000. I spoke to my lawyer who advised if the funding company accepted the new contract I was screwed, so I completed the funding call finally and paid what was being asked just so I can get rid of this company out of my life. I know this was long and believe not the full picture either, but take my mistakes and my warnings before you work with this company, read the contract in full. As you will see by the pictures that I attach, you will be left with my more and work to do when they leave your home and G&R is very good at what they do, so everything is included in their contract, and I made the mistake of signing and not fully understanding. Please do not repeat my mistake, please review the attached pics

We recently replaced our windows with the company G&R Doors and Windows. The whole process was arounds 5 week since the first day we called the office. The response time of our first appointment was fast, our sales representative Alejandro was on time , he explained and educate us to make the right decision . I will recommend G&R for their hard work and will use their services in the future if need it.
