During the rains in January, we had a leak in our roof. Our old roof was wood shake, covered with asphalt shingles. It was to be a total tear down, one of the most difficult roofing jobs. We got three bids and Lowe's was reasonably priced. Their sales rep (Manny) did an excellent job in helping us pick out the new shingle. We had used Lowe's in the past and were satisfied with their work. What really sold us was the subcontractor - GP Roofing. The owner (Greg) came to house twice before we signed to explain in detail what he was going to do. The crew did the complete job (about 2000 sq. ft.) in 6 days, cleaned up every day and met all our expectations. Their supervisor on the job (Reyes) did a great job of supervising his top notch crew. We are extremely satisfied with all aspect of the job and highly recommend Lowe's and GP Roofing.
