Same issues as others, not replacing damaged decking like they say they will. Left shingles,decking and drip edge they did not use. They kept saying they would haul off and never did. Also said they would have a supervisor onsite to inspect the work as they installed new roof. No one ever showed up. I had to keep calling the office when I saw that the workers were not repairing the damaged decking. None of the workers spoke English, and their beat up van had Oklahoma plates. They also said they would inspect roof yearly, it's been over a year and haven't heard from them since they picked up their check. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Use a local company that's been in your city for a long time. I wish I did.
Matt Ellis (salesman) promised a lot of things and did not deliver. Oh, also had a very nice brochure and website to look like they did quality work.

Do you want the rain to come right into your house after you pay for a new roof? Well, call GP Construction! They will do the worst, shoddiest job in the business. I just came in the house after spending FIVE HOURS sitting in the front yard supervising the crew because the site manager sat in his truck with the AC all day. This was the second time they had come to do the roof. They were supposed to redo the decking over the porch, but I could tell by the waves in the surface that they had only done spot wood replacement and shingled right over it. After I insisted, they tore off the shingles and the ROTTEN WOOD underneath! The site manager told me that the wood was not what they had left up there. He had no idea because he had been sitting in the truck all day. I was the one watching the crew tear it out.
We knew that they had done a terrible job after the initial visit because we hired an independent inspector who found that GP had only completed 7/13 items on the work order.

This is a shady company. Do not use them they are terrible liars and scam artists. They are not clear and up front from the beginning and give you the run around. Waste of time and energy and I suggest finding another better company.

We've been waiting for the company to complete the work that was caused by the hail in April. Our roof is the ONLY section completed. We still need our shattered windows replaced; our dented up garage door replaced and the roof work completed on the back yard storage room was done wrong: aka: hodgepodge! So stressed and anxious that Out house look so messy; unsafe and depressing to look at. No on is returning our phone calls! J perez was our contact person; however he hasn't returned our calls.
