Unfortunately there is a reason this company only has 3 stars. I wish we would have looked at Yelp before we ever CONTACTED them.

We had a huge hail storm come through Keller, and our roof was already old. So obviously, we needed a new roof. We called this place for an estimate.

BEFORE they even LOOKED at the roof they asked us what our insurance gave us as far as payment for the roof. That was our first big red flag- As our insurance told us this is ILLEGAL for them to do. The man not only asked us how much insurance gave us, but requested we e-mail the estimate strait to them.

So they look at our roof. The man gave us a quote that we didn't want. That is COMPLETELY understandable. You have your price, we didn't like it. No harm no foul. That doesn't make you a bad company. What DOES make a bad company is how insanely rude he was to my husband when my husband told him we were going to have to pass.

My husband is literally the most mild mannered person I've ever met. There was ZERO reason he should have been so insanely rude to him. We were both dumbfounded.

I wish the story ended there. So they come back because they did my dads roof (which they did a HORRIBLE job at) and while they were there my dad told them how rude the man was to my husband. So they apologized and sent a different man.

This man never apologized and justified the first rude man. My husband being the amazingly nice person he is, sat and listened to them. Told them thank you for coming back, and we would get in touch if we ended up using them.

THE STORY STILL DOESN'T END. A few weeks later, two guys unexpectedly literally show up in my driveway as I'm trying to get my two toddlers in the car. If two strange men start walking at me while I'm alone with my children AT MY HOME, that alone is scary.

My husband was upstairs because he was working remote. So I quickly hop in the car with my kids and call my husband to let him know these two strange men are here.

So they go to the front door. They proceeded to pressure my husband to sign a contract that they're going to do the roof work. I mean a solid 15 minutes of hearing over and over ""Just sign this co tract!""

I have never been so disgusted with a ""business"" in my life.

Not only should you NOT use them. Do yourself a favor and don't even contact them, unless you want to be harassed for days on end!

GP Construction is a terrible company that should not be trusted with repairing anything. They came by and offered a free roof inspection with the promise that if there was damage they would put on a high-quality, impact resistant roof that would have an extended warranty and would stay within the amount my insurance was willing to cover. I was an idiot to believe them

It took them forever to actually put the roof on, they kept on trying to find other things to do in order to drive up the cost of the repairs, such as finding hail damage on my fence or the railing going up porch steps (both of which were fine), and I wound up having to pay out of pocket because they charged me more than what was covered by my insurance. By the time we actually got to that point I was so tired and frustrated by the whole situation I just paid it so they'd go away.

Now it's right at three years later and water is running through the roof and causing stains on my ceiling. I tried to resolve this directly with them, since it is under warranty, and have contacted them multiple times over several days and cannot get a call back.

Choosing to use GP is easily the worst decision I've ever made as a homeowner. Do not use this company- there are many other roofers out there who will actually call you back and stand by their warranty.

GP Construction has been a nightmare to work with. They had to be constantly contacted because the sub-contractors did not do work correctly on the jobsite. I had to hound their site manager to come take a look at the work being done. Their billing department still has not sent a corrected invoice after 3 months. I do not get return calls from Project Coordinators, Supervisor of Site Managers or Project Managers. I sent a letter to the owner and got no response either. They don't seem to care about quality or customer service just as long as they get paid. DON'T use them!

Great experience with GP. They stood behind every promise to make everything right, addressing all my detail-oriented items, without question or hesitation. Highly recommend GP.

I contacted GP Construction out of Grapevine to evaluate and inspect my roof. They were quick to come out and do the inspection. They discovered hail damage and proceeded to inspect the rest of the property. They came back to meet the insurance appraiser and pointed out anything that he may have missed. GP has been there every step of the way. They will be my first call in the future for my needs.

We had our whole roof replaced by GP in June 2018. The installation process was wonderful, totally ripped off & installed in one Saturday. They didn't leave until it was completed at 9:30 pm.

These people come to my house every single day and disturb my wife, my children and myself. I've asked them not to come back, yet they keep doing it. I guess we have to go to the police and file a restraining order. If you see GP do not open your door. You will regret it. They sit in their car and literally stalk the neighborhood.

We just completed a roof install with GP Construction and had a great experience with the company and the install. They have been very proactive in contacting us and keeping us informed on every detail. Raymond provided the initial roof inspection and worked with the insurance company to validate the claim. Danny, the Project Coordinator, promptly contacted us to work with scheduling all repair activities. Two Project Managers, Brian and Jacob, worked directly with us on the job site to ensure everything was being taken care of to our satisfaction. The roof turned out great with high quality shingles and roofing materials and was completed in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend them if you are in the market for a roof replacement.

There is a sign in my neighborhood that says, ""No Solicitation"". I have a sign on my door that says, ""No Solicitation"" and yet you continually knock. I had my rood repaired two weeks ago and I didn't consider you for this reason. And yet today, Jason interrupted dinner again.
You may need the work but dialing it back is in your best interests.

Just had our roof replaced last week by GP Construction. I had a great experience with them. Their crew showed up on time at 6:30AM and finished at 9:00 PM the same day with temperatures above 100 degrees! They left the job site nice and clean. They did a great job protecting our numerous plants, flowers and furniture. We enjoyed working with their staff Shae, Eddie, Eric, and Robbie. They were friendly and professional and did a great job of keeping us informed throughout the process and working with our insurance company. The whole process was very smooth and seamless. They used quality materials and the enhanced ridge line they use gives the a house a classy upgraded look as well as helps better protect from hail. They also upgraded our old vents with new turbines and a ridge vent which lowered the attic temperature several degrees.
