We had our whole roof replaced by GP in June 2018. The installation process was wonderful, totally ripped off & installed in one Saturday. They didn't leave until it was completed at 9:30 pm.

These people come to my house every single day and disturb my wife, my children and myself. I've asked them not to come back, yet they keep doing it. I guess we have to go to the police and file a restraining order. If you see GP do not open your door. You will regret it. They sit in their car and literally stalk the neighborhood.

We just completed a roof install with GP Construction and had a great experience with the company and the install. They have been very proactive in contacting us and keeping us informed on every detail. Raymond provided the initial roof inspection and worked with the insurance company to validate the claim. Danny, the Project Coordinator, promptly contacted us to work with scheduling all repair activities. Two Project Managers, Brian and Jacob, worked directly with us on the job site to ensure everything was being taken care of to our satisfaction. The roof turned out great with high quality shingles and roofing materials and was completed in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend them if you are in the market for a roof replacement.

There is a sign in my neighborhood that says, ""No Solicitation"". I have a sign on my door that says, ""No Solicitation"" and yet you continually knock. I had my rood repaired two weeks ago and I didn't consider you for this reason. And yet today, Jason interrupted dinner again.
You may need the work but dialing it back is in your best interests.

Just had our roof replaced last week by GP Construction. I had a great experience with them. Their crew showed up on time at 6:30AM and finished at 9:00 PM the same day with temperatures above 100 degrees! They left the job site nice and clean. They did a great job protecting our numerous plants, flowers and furniture. We enjoyed working with their staff Shae, Eddie, Eric, and Robbie. They were friendly and professional and did a great job of keeping us informed throughout the process and working with our insurance company. The whole process was very smooth and seamless. They used quality materials and the enhanced ridge line they use gives the a house a classy upgraded look as well as helps better protect from hail. They also upgraded our old vents with new turbines and a ridge vent which lowered the attic temperature several degrees.

Wow, what to say! I am in the process of seeing if my roof gets replaced but up to now, Kurtis Clement and Tim Spicer have been amazing. They sat with my wife and I in our living room and walked us through the whole process and set expectations extremely well. They also shared about their company and what an amazing culture the owners create for the employees which was very comforting as I've never had any type of contractor share as much about themselves and the company they work for. They are very professional, communicate often to keep me in the loop and are confident that will have a new roof soon. I would highly recommend these 2 guys and GP for anyone who need help!

Read Dawn C's review first!! She was smarter than we were to back out when she started to feel misled. We stayed the course and it was horrible! Not only was our encounter with Nick the same as Dawn's, but I will add blatant liar to his awful resume. Couple that with the fact that they punctured the main gas line to our house and attached the drip edge wrong resulting in water pouring out of our electrical sockets (for x-mas lights) under the edge of the roof, and it was a disaster. Then, after we smelled the gas, evacuated the house, and slept at a family members house, they proceeded to sent a handyman out for the repairs. After multiple calls for his certification #, they finally told us the truth that he wasn't certified at all. The city inspector would not approve the inspection until we hired an outside certified plumber to verify GP's work was performed correctly. What a mess! Never again. Run! Run as far away as fast as you can!

Do not fall for it! They come to your door over and over again to sell a new roof. We fell for it yet quickly felt uncomfortable and misled. We stated we wanted to step away and not use this company. We received an email stating if there was anything they can do and a supervisor would be our to talk. Well he came today (Nick). Wow-he was rude, condescending, belittling, and badgering. He made me feel unsafe and harassed. When asked to leave he kept on and would not leave to a point I thought of calling the police. I stated we just didn't feel comfortable working with them he said you took the time of the salesman-yes he is a salesman and he came to me and it was like 1 1/2hrs at the most not of my doing. He stated we signed a contract and I said I did but felt pressured and misled and felt I needed to work well with someone and I did not feel good about it. He wanted specifics and I stated I just didn't feel good about it but he wasn't taking that and kept badgering. I have not felt that unsafe and bullied ever. Do not recommend. Plenty of other companies out there.

The sales (Dustin), claims (Rylee) and accounting (Lauren) departments were great to work with. Production was a different story mainly due to lack of communication. I had to inquire numerous times when the trades were scheduled. One in particular I must have asked about a dozen times over a two month period.

Post construction, GP was great about coming out right away when I noticed a few damages from the roof and gutter installation. I would recommend them mostly because I've heard some horror stories about the fly-by-night roofing companies.

(Still in Progress) GP Construction is a company that is detail oriented and committed to high quality service in an industry with many competitors. GP Sent a man named Tim to my house for a free estimate, and found additional damage on my home that fly by night roofing companies would never catch. GP Construction ( More specifically Matthew Guevara) worked diligently with my insurance company to cover additional damage to my property after the hail storms in Little Elm. I would highly recommend GP Construction to anyone in need of property repairs big or small. I am withholding the 5th star until my repairs on my home are completed. Repairs are still in progress for the rest of my Job worksheet items to be fulfilled.
