Jose and his guys just did a small roof for me. They were very professional, on time, and quick. Also the price was excellent. Even though there was an issue with being short material (my issue, not theirs), they didn't stop work or roll up. I really appreciated this, as I expected to have to call them back out and pay extra. Instead they kept on going, and I was able to get them what was missing before it became an issue.

Jose Govea is The Sherlock Holmes of roofers. Govea Roofing was able to almost immediately determine cause of a ""leak"" that multiple roofers could not resolve or solve. The cause appears to be due to a section of high ceiling roof that is missing venting and due to the direction home is facing -- resulting in CONDENSATION between the shallow un-vented area of roofing, insulation and ceiling drywall. This is an oversight of the home builders. It was immediately obvious to most likely be cause after Jose Govea expertly identify this due to the missing vents and other symptoms of the ""leak"". Very honest company with great expertise.

Jose deserves a 5 star review to be sure! He provided an inspection for the sellers of a house that I was considering purchasing, that matched the inspection I had done by ""Pillar to Post"" and he provided a repair quote. There were broken tiles, vent lead flashing, ridge and rake junctions and plumbing roof jacks cracked/deteriorated, slipping roof tiles around the chimney and hip lines, all valley lines and rain gutters had accumulated debris with drop out at downspouts and mitters being leaky, as well as 6 attic and 1 exhaust fan vents needing to be installed.

After purchasing the house, I had a couple of other roofing companies also provide an inspection and quote, which I was not impressed with (time it took to even hear back from them was very long). Upon calling Govea Roofing, I heard back directly from Jose the same day. His promptness, and quote convinced me to have him do the job. I am extremely pleased with his thorough work which he and one other employee accomplished in one day. He was very professional as well as personable, answering all my questions and was very reasonable with the cost of the project. I would definately recommend his company for your repairs.

My pest inspection report found 6 areas of Dry-rot around my Fairfield home rafters. After contacting 4 roofers I really liked the professionalism of Jose Govea. He came out and surveyed the roof and the damage along with age damage on 2 skylights. Once I got his quote we worked together to secure a date. I actually pushed out the schedule several weeks due to the hot weather. I wouldn't want to work on a roof in 98+ weather why should they?
The team arrived and got to work right away. They were all very friendly and cleaned up all the debris from the days work.
Whole roof replacement or just a repair & Inspection, I would highly recommend GOVEA ROOFING. They're worth the wait.
Repairs were done to satisfaction, broken tiles were replaced, New Skylights installed and the roof was entirely cleaned of dried moss and leaves. A real pleasure to work with.

I purchased my home in 2017 and shortly after enlisted Govea Roofing to inspect and repair my tile roof. Not only was Jose professional and friendly, he performed the necessary repairs for a reasonable price and tips on ""self maintenance"". This past winter, my composition roof patio cover started leaking. Jose and his crew did an extremely exceptional job re-sheathing and roofing the patio cover well within my budget.
