The recent rains caused me to have a leak, resulting in damage to the ceiling in the 2nd story bedroom. Once again Robert and Gotcha Covered Roofing came they for me. These rains always are challenging. Yesterday 12/30/21, I had to call Gotcha Covered Roofing in the middle of a huge rainstorm with a roof leak. Within the hour Robert came, found the leak and got it covered up so they can come Monday 1/3/22. This company cares about their customers and as a repeat customer I cannot say enough good things. Robert provides a prompt reply to our inquiry regarding roof repairs caused by improper rain gutter installation. After a detailed conversation, he arranged an in-person, no obligation estimate and provided an estimate within 24 hours.

The project: removal/cutting of the decorative rafter tails and the installation of new fascia boards so that new rain gutters could be properly installed. Robert's crew arrived on-time each morning, worked to complete the project (far more labor intensive than expected), and always cleaned up before leaving. They were all extremely pleasant, hard working, and courteous when they checked in with us to give us updates on the status of the project!

Gotcha Covered Roofing did a ""5 Star"" job on our roof and home project! We will certainly keep them in mind for future projects and referrals!

Robert gave me a reasonable quote to repair my roof so I scheduled the repair. He came back a few days later at the scheduled time with the plywood, roofing paper and tiles to repair my roof.
