i can't praise Geno enough. Four years after a leak was repaired by another roofer, it sprang a leak in the same spot. But that company (Galvan) wouldn't return our calls. So, onto the next roofer, who came out but never sent us an estimate. Geno to the rescue!! He came out on the same day I called, at the end of a very long workday for him, when it was already dark. He gave me an estimate the next day, then came out on a SUNDAY so that he can fix the problem right in time for our having company for Christmas eve. He's also punctual, *very* polite, and a real gentleman. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Geno!!

Geno and team did a great job repairing our roof. He was communicative and transparent throughout the whole process, as well as very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. We really appreciated how quickly he was able to schedule the work, since there was leaking into the house, and was able to do the entire repair plus maintenance with his team in one day. After some research with the locals, it sounds like we were given a very reasonable quote for the amount of work that needed to be done. We will continue to use Gorilla Roofing for any future roofing needs.

During this recent storm, February 17th 2024 water was pouring into my kitchen and from an undetermined area.

I must have called 17 roofers and understandably everyone was busy.
I got only 1 answered call and that was Geno from Gorilla roofing in Petaluma.

Geno answered the phone and helped me through my problem. While He was dedicated to the job he was doing out in Guerneville, he took the time to make suggestions , looked at the photos I sent and walked me through what to do.
He was calming , helpful and responsive.!!
While I did eventually get great help from a friend, I would not hesitate to call Geno again when I need help with a situation like this.

This last big storm dropped a large tree limb on our roof creating a leak. Needed help and Geno came and got it temporarily fixed to get through these storms and will come back and fix when the weather is right. Amazing that he did this with his schedule

Geno is amazing. He is responsive, on schedule, thorough and thoughtful - and he absolutely saved my ass during last year's rains. I spent a year trying to figure out where a leak was coming from in my chimney, and was told that to even find out would cost thousands of dollars by two contractors. Geno came by, had a look at it, diagnosed the issue correctly - and then fixed it perfectly. No trace of the leak anymore. He put a great roof on my sauna, too. A great guy and a very rare find in a professional contractor.
