Gordon Roofing has just completed my roof. It has been a real pleasure to have had them come work on my home. I have an old spanish home with a flat roof. I have had it repaired and re-roofed several times in the last 35 years. This is the first time that the job has actually been done right. It is a professional job, accomplished by craftsmen that have been in the business for many years. They were on time, on schedule, fair priced, and keep me in the loop at all times. I cannot say enough about a company that has pride in there work and has no problem dealing with changes as needed. They did everything i asked and more. They accomplished tasks on my roof to make it drain better and that has never been done before. They were a real pleasure from beginning to end. To make things better they are a family owned company and do all the work themselves, no subbing the work out. Pride in their work can be seen in all they do, heck they even painted the spots on my walls so that the drains matched the color of my walls. These are you professionals if you want a roofing job done right and on time.

After we had the exterior of our home painted, the painting crew mentioned that we had some missing and/or broken tiles that needed to be attended to. When asked if they could recommend a roofing contractor one of the guys suggested calling Perry Roofing.

We contacted Gordon Perry and he came over and gave us an estimate for some roofing repair. What a nice man! After he fixed/replaced as many tiles as he could, he informed us that now, after these repairs, we (hopefully) will have about 3-5 years left on our roof. He didn't try to hard-sell us to replace our roof right now, ""ASAP"", as other contractors have done so Perry Roofing will be the first contractor we call when we're financially ready to re-roof our house. Gordon bought us some time to save for this very expensive project - we're very thankful!

Gordon and his team were very professional and completed our re-roof on time and as promised. Like other reviews say Gordon was excellent communicating and they were always on time, worked diligently and very competently. When the project started Gordon let me know the shingle manufacturer was having a sale on an upgraded version of the shingle we had selected. He brought samples of both by and it was a no-brainer to invest the extra $500 to get shingles that could last up to ten years longer. The entire project was completed on time and looks great. Highly recommended!

don't waste your time!

called gordon perry roofing to repair a leak in roof. he made an appt w the occupant of the house to look at the roof. he went over made an assessment of the damage, and called me with a price. i agreed to get the work done, and he then disappeared. i followed up with 3 calls over a weeks period of time. never heard anything back from him.
no call no show. never called to say he could not get around to it, nothing.

that is an cowardly, pathetic, looser way of doing business to just leave someone hanging. beware!

We had several broken tiles on our roof. I wasn't looking to have my roof repaired yet (procrastinated) but while at a neighbor's house, I saw they were having their roof repaired. So I called the same company they used (Gordon Perry Roofing) and they were able to come out and repair the tiles the following day. Gordon and his brother-in-law Michael were very courteous and professional. After a week of heavy rain the following week, no more water drips coming from our ceiling!
