Gordon and his team were very professional and completed our re-roof on time and as promised. Like other reviews say Gordon was excellent communicating and they were always on time, worked diligently and very competently. When the project started Gordon let me know the shingle manufacturer was having a sale on an upgraded version of the shingle we had selected. He brought samples of both by and it was a no-brainer to invest the extra $500 to get shingles that could last up to ten years longer. The entire project was completed on time and looks great. Highly recommended!

don't waste your time!

called gordon perry roofing to repair a leak in roof. he made an appt w the occupant of the house to look at the roof. he went over made an assessment of the damage, and called me with a price. i agreed to get the work done, and he then disappeared. i followed up with 3 calls over a weeks period of time. never heard anything back from him.
no call no show. never called to say he could not get around to it, nothing.

that is an cowardly, pathetic, looser way of doing business to just leave someone hanging. beware!

We had several broken tiles on our roof. I wasn't looking to have my roof repaired yet (procrastinated) but while at a neighbor's house, I saw they were having their roof repaired. So I called the same company they used (Gordon Perry Roofing) and they were able to come out and repair the tiles the following day. Gordon and his brother-in-law Michael were very courteous and professional. After a week of heavy rain the following week, no more water drips coming from our ceiling!

UPDATE: Mr. Perry contacted me regarding my Yelp review and agreed to correct the broken tile. He explained why he had overlooked returning to fix the tile and did come back to make things right. I appreciate his honesty and willingness to make good on the job. I would highly recommend Mr. Perry for any roofing needs and am pleased with my end result.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I agree with all of the 5 Star reviews Mr. Perry has received and think he is a very personable man and does good work. The reason for my subpar review is due to the outcome of the job I hired Mr. Perry for. We had a very small job that other contractors quoted a large sum for without taking the time Mr. Perry did to determine what was wrong. He knew right away how to correct the issue and did so as quoted. Where I have the issue is during the job a curved tile was broken and Mr. Perry glued it together rather than replacing it without notifying me. After he left I looked at the job and noticed the tile was broken. A short time later I noticed he had returned to do a repair for my neighbor, I approached him to let him know I was aware he had broken and glued a tile. I asked if he would please repair the broken tile and even offered to further compensate him and he told me not to worry he would come back and replace the tile. Sadly, he has never returned and I have not heard from him since. I was and am still a little disappointed it was not repaired correctly and will likely hire another roofing company to correct the mistake.

Gordon is as honest & conscientious as they come...we had used him to fix an area on our roof a long time ago. When we were scheduled for termite tenting, we had him come out to check the roof ahead of time & he fixed a couple obvious broken tiles with the plan to come back out afterwards to fix any damage the tenters did. In the meantime, we had those torrential rains & discovered some really bad leaks. Gordon even came out in the rain & repaired tiles and flashings around chimneys. His charges are absolutely fair for all the work he does. We highly recommend him!

I called Gordon since he was referred by another roofing company who was too busy to help me. Gordon was very professional and was available to help me right away, even during this storm. He was able to find a leak, which only ended up being some tiles that were out of place. He was fast, professional, courteous and fair priced. Saving his contact info for future reference. I appreciate the quick help, especially since the downpour started the next day!
