After FIVE different attempts to repair our roof leak in the kitchen, no one that we hired was able to correctly locate or repair the leak. Everyone thought the leak was coming from the first floor above the kitchen but after these guys investigated, they found that leak was actually coming from the second floor through the wall! We met with Claudio who is the owner and manager of the company and he explained what the problem was and how it can be fixed it. We hired them and they fixed the leak in one shot! Then, we hired them to replace our entire roof. They are such a great team and they did a great job! They were punctual and reliable and they left everything clean at the end of each day and at the end of the job. Every member of the crew was respectful and cordial.

I hired these people to install a rain gutter..
On the phone one guy another person came over and Installed a 40 foot gutter ..
1st rain and half if the gutter broke under a heavy rain..
Called the and they came over and put the gutter back up promising to replace it..
Never heard from them, don't answer my calls and don't pickup anything messages or calls..
Terrible experience.

This was one recommended by Yelp to replace a gutter downspout in my house. Sent the photo and got a quote for $425. Added another for steel downspout to $450. The worker didn't show up on time. Have to called in a couple of times.
When he finally showed up, he didn't come with downspout. He advised going back to aluminum. Called the office to make the change. The owner tried to increase the price again for going to aluminum from steel. Finally settled back to $425 with aluminum downspout.
The worker then went to Homedepot to buy the spout. It was not seamless. Afterwards, the worker took one section of the old downspout but left the longer 10 feet section along the curbside. I have to deal with its disposal.
In summary: I am not happy with the changing prices, not happy with no feedback on the schedule. Worker did not come prepared, spent extra time in Home Depot. The downspout was not a seamless piece, it was 4 sections inserted together with obvious seams.

We had a leak this winter near a window...we got a few quotes and Claudio seemed to really know what he was talking about and had a reasonable price. Turned out the original siding was done wrong and they took care of fixing it. We were getting a different leak at one point while they were in the middle of their work and he sent his brother over right away and he fixed it. They finished the whole job and were very reliable and professional. Claudio even called after they were done and there had been some rain to make sure it wasn't leaking any more. They did a great job.

After some time has passed since the repair, we haven't had a leak since especially with all this heavy rain we've been getting.

Work was done right, in a timely manner and plus they send before and after photos to show that the work was completed.

Again I would highly recommend and pricing was fair.

During the big storm early February, my skylight in the garage came off. It was raining inside my garage. I went through Yelp to look for a roofer. I had several responses. I picked Claudio as he had the most reasonable pricing. He offered me options. One is for him to buy the skylight and install it. He was upfront in telling me that I will save more if I buy the skylight. He was not pushy either way. I decided to buy the skylight from Home Depot. Claudio's brother, Juan, came within hours. He and his friend installed the skylight in no time. No more waterfall in my garage. They are great, fair, and reasonable.
I have another skylight in the kitchen area. I hope I never have to replace it anytime soon. But if I do, I will be calling Claudio again.

Update: One location on my roof that was fixed last year got pulled up again by wind recently. I contacted Claudio and asked him if it can be covered by the 1-year warranty. Claudio quickly arranged repairs for free. I really appreciate it.

Very responsive and friendly family business. They were able to come give an estimate in between rainfall, and then come back again the same day, again in between storms, and fix a leak coming from around our chimney. Gave us before and after pictures to show what they had done.
