Absolutely the best roofing company. Honest and professional! I was quoted by 2 other companies that I had hail damage and needed a new roof. I decided to get another estimate and called Good News Roofing. Brooke came out, she is knowledgeable and explained I didn't; have hail damage at all, I didn't need a new roof. I just needed some repairs. Brooke took pictures of the areas needing repairs went over each item. After the roof was repaired she showed me pics and explained the repairs. I am so pleased with Good News Roofing!!! I highly recommend them.

Our family had been on an extensive search trying to find the right company to do business with. We were looking for a local company that could provide a quality product, backed by a manufacturer's warranty, and at a price point that we could afford. We found out about Good News Roofing because of their affiliation with Atlas Roofing as a Diamond Level Contractor. After a quick inquiry, we were soon introduced to Micah.

Micah took the time to answer the many questions our family had while researching roof replacement options. No matter what technical question was asked, there was always an attempt to deliver the information as quickly and concisely as possible. That level of commitment to seeking answers and providing options laid the groundwork for a relationship that was built upon mutual respect and honesty. The business interaction we had felt mutually beneficial and not at all one-sided. Further, the commitment Micah made to being open and honest with us throughout the process held true. We were never shy about asking for clarification on things we needed, and similarly, we received honest responses. Micah even made it a point to place a temporary tarp cover over a portion of our roof that had shingles blown off while we explored our options.

As preposterous as this may sound in a weary world, the relationship we built with Micah felt like we were working with a trusted friend or family member. I highly recommend Good News Roofing. The pricing was competitive. Our house was completely reroofed in one day with absolutely no mess afterwards. Steve is professional, a good communicator, and helped us to fight the insurance company to get a much better settlement. He always did what he said he would do when he said he was going to do it. Brook came out to look at our roof and provide us with an estimate. Luckily for us, she took her time to explain the process. Even after we asked her several questions, she made everything clear and we understood each step.

We finally decided to put gutters on our house and at the recommendation of several neighbors, we called Good News Roofing. We left a message, they called us the next day, and they were here two days later to install the gutters. They finished in a day and the owner called personally at the end of the day and came to inspect the job the following day in person. They were so quick, very communicative, and a good price. We were really pleased with the job they did and the service we received. No complaints at all and I'd hire them again if needed! Highly recommend.

Steve, the owner of Good News Roofing literally saved the day and my sanity. It was so much more than just installing a replacement roof. My husband has dementia/alzheimers. On August 2nd, 2020, Kyle experienced very high winds. Our roof being 16 years old suffered wind damage and many shingles came off. I fought with the insurance company for 7 months before calling Good News Roofing. He came out to see if it could be repaired as we could not afford the $8000 quote from another roofer. Upon review, he advised that he could not repair due to the condition of the roof, not only missing shingles but a brittle roof to try and repair would make the situation worse. I had almost given up with Hartford and he became our best advocate providing us with the information to relay to the company. He also dealt directly with the insurance company. After many photos, back and forth due to the company's unwillingness to replace the roof, they approved it in January. Steve's professional, considerate crew went to work and did a perfect clean up and we have a 30-year high quality roof that is simply beautiful. On top of all this, Steve is a very compassionate person and really went out of his way to help us get a new roof, gave us options and so much moral support when needed the most. I highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs whether repairs or replacement, gutter , skylight repair. The roof inspection is free. Best of luck with your projects.
