Good Guys came out and fixed an issue that a previous employee made. I am more than thrilled and the job was done right this time. Highly recommend this team!!

Didn't show up to fix issues that came about. Doesn't stand by his warranty. Leakage has caused thousands in damage to due mold buildup that came from water damage.

We spoke with someone that was supposed to come out and give us a quote about a week ago. They never showed up, and were completely unresponsive afterwards. No returned calls, or texts. We would have been fine if they canned to cancel, or even say they couldn't take in 3 the job, but not showing when you say you will, then ghosting is just unprofessional. Don't waste your time. ETA: the responded to my review, their excuse for bad customer service is just incorrect and embarrassing. Photos below, along with texts and call log from our conversation with the owner. I called today to give them an opportunity to correct their response, but the receptionist was just as bad. She told me she wouldn't transfer me without all of my contact information, so I told her I would leave it in the voicemail. She said she couldn't send me to voicemail either, because she's at an off site facility and said she didn't know anyone's name, no one was available and she didn't know when anyone would be available. Stay away, much more professional, responsive and less reactive/belligerent companies out there.

I contacted Joe after receiving a mailer. I was in the process of getting quotes to replace a roof on a home we are in the process of buying. Everything was great up until the point I told him his quote was much higher than the 4 other vendors I had contacted prior to him. Once i told him we were going with another vendor he kind of hounded with me questions about the other quotes. Which OK, if that's all it was I wouldn't have bothered writing this review. But that's not where it ended. He then proceeded to tell me what i need to make sure to check for in a roofing company because if the prices were lower than his they must be an uninsured company with no English speaking person on the job. Yeah.... What???? I know, you can't believe it either right? PS Joe I speak Spanish pretty well as do a considerable amount of people in Texas. Then when I expressed offense at his insinuation he knew better than I do how to search for my own vendors he told me to be offended all I want he is going to advocate for his customers. I did not ask for an advocate sir I asked for a bid and since I did not accept your bid I am not your customer. The end.

I realize I am a woman doing men's business and that confuses people but this behavior is just plain unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone who doesn't want to work with questionably racist people who think they know better than you.

They were great to work with. They communicated very well throughout every step of the process. They were punctual, responsive and professional. The quality of the work was excellent. Would very highly recommend.

Had a leak show itself during the storms and they were able to get out to me and fix it quickly. No fuss. With the rain coming back the next few days I'm hopeful that will stop it.

Just had my roof replaced by this company. They did a fantastic job with everything. It's a hand nailed roof so the shingles aren't over nailed and are nailed in the correct area. The clean up in my yard was amazing as well. I haven't found a single nail. Highly recommend!

I had some questions about a quote on a new roof and so I sent a message and Joe, the owner responded very quickly.

Joe was more than helpful. He answered all of my questions and even steered me to his website for more information on various topics along with pictures of completed jobs.

They are one of the few roofing companies that will actually hand nail the shingles instead of using a nail gun. If you want someone who really cares about his customer and will provide valuable information with top notch service then he is the guy. Good Guys is a top tier roofing company.

These guys are really good guys. I called a couple days ago to add solar roof vents. They discussed project and then set appointment. They did exactly what was promised in a very courteous and neat manner. Matched existing shingles exactly and installed three solar roof vents.They were on time, neat, polite..did a super job for a very fair price. I think they easily rate a 10 on the scale but 5 was maximum. Weldon Driver and team were great and I will keep their card for next time and also neighbors.!!! Solar vents work perfect ..Glad I found the Good Guys Roofing team.

Our new roof looks amazing. They were easy to work with, the work was done quickly but very well. Hopefully we won't be needing a new roof anytime soon, but when the time comes, I wouldn't go with anyone else.
