Avoid this company. Don't assume their workers know what they are doing despite promises they make you. I had a new roof put on by this company and they cut corners in multiple areas, used the wrong hardware, installed hardware incorrectly and used inferior materials. They had such little regard for quality/craftsmanship that I had to spend my own time on the roof finishing and fixing their work.
When called out on issues they simply ignored me or took several weeks to get back to me.

I needed to replace the torch-down section of my roof. I had 8 different contractors take a look and give me estimates. Of them all, Vlad was the most communicative, answering all of my questions and then some, and also provided a quote that was reasonable in price, and detailed in its information.

When it was time to schedule the work, it was done swiftly and without incident. There was an issue later with my gutter, that was not their fault, and they came back and fixed it free of charge. My house is in a strange zone in regards to permits, and Vlad also worked extra with my city to get extra permits.

Overall their service was excellent and I would recommend them to others.

One small con: It was difficult at times to get in contact with Vlad, in particular to schedule when the work should actually start. I later learned this was due to extenuating circumstances, so I understand. But it was frustrating in the moment.

It took long time to get the invoice after they finish the work, and I have not still received warranty a month after I paid the payment.
You don't get the impression that they are an established local company.

A more recent storm damaged another part of my roof. I noticed it a day later. I called Good Guys Construction that same day, and they came out the next day to repair this new problem.

Two stars given to Good Guys Construction for their excellent communication and one star more for the fact a quote with a warranty was sent. If we selected this firm I'm fairly certain it would be at the four or five star review. Vlad was a great pitchman, but perhaps the breakdown of the work to be billed coupled with our hesitation as to how a test was to be performed turned us away.

Jacob Hashimi is great! The original roofing company that installed my 3 year new TPO membrane roof on my carport refused to honor warranty and presented a $5000 estimate to repair dripping leaks during last few weeks of heavy rain. The other roofing company gave me a different opinion on the location of the leak that totally confused me. Jacob meticulously listened to my description and offered to do a water test. He did the water test with utmost attention to detail and discovered that the leak was from three holes in the stucco wall left over from the anchor of a previously replaced downspout but not in the TPO membrane at all. He carefully caulked up the three holes in the wall and saved me thousands of dollars!

My home flooded during the recent storms. I had called multiple companies trying to get some help & guidance. They were prompt in returning my call and although I know they are extremely busy, Jacob made time to come meet me at the house and inspect my roof. He was extremely professional & knowledgeable not only about the repairs but how to navigate issues concerning homeowners insurance. It was so nice to finally feel like I was receiving good advice and not being taken advantage of. I highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience with Jacob. He did an inspection of my entire roof (including the attic) and provided a number of options for me. I ended up working with him and he did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. He is very knowledgeable, honest and responsive, I received many pictures of my roof as he worked through the project.

Good guys did an excellent job in repairing my roof. The scope of work is for half roof.

They are pretty responsive and the work is neatly done, right on schedule. They even helped in fixing issues in other part of the roof, which was not in their work scope.

We are very happy with the quick response when there is another roof leak after the first major repairs. Sam came over twice to fix the problem without charging us for anything. He is so nice and professional. We would really like to recommend to our friends for their great workmanship.
