I signed a contract with Good Energy and paid them in full 10 months ago, however I am still without solar production. The system that they designed for us did not match the information that the county of Riverside had on file. Good Energy has not returned to make the corrections that are necessary; apparently their mistake was significant and will require major alterations to the already installed system.
My recommendation is using one of the larger solar providers, they have the process of permitting under control.

Jacob Hoffman, the solar broker, reached out and gave an affordable option that was contracted with Good Energy Group. Jacob made the sale process very seamless and provided great customer service throughout the installation process. Good Energy Group did good job at installing the system. We passed our final inspection as a result.

Hello I had good energy group install my solar panels and upgrade my main panel. Very professional took a few days to get everything handled the main panel upgrade was 1 day to do. Had multiple people on-site to work on it the vice president came out a few times and inspected and helped work on the system captain communication with me to make sure it was handled correctly. Had a few questions throughout the process and had no problems calling him and communicating with me. Add a couple things looked weird and they came out and made sure to straighten it out because I have a little OCD when it comes to certain things they fixed it and did a great job. The front office always communicated and answer the phones and email it when I have questions to get back with you promptly if not Tray the Vice President got to hold of me as soon as possible. Had a lot of issues with the city being picky. But they worked through it and made sure I understood what was going on. I would recommend them again probably in a few years when I do the battery upgrade I will have them do the Install.
