I paid cash for my solar panels and they don't work 5 months later and now they don't answer the phone or return my calls. Run and find a company that cares and DONT PAY IN FULL CAUSE THEY WONT HELP YOU!

The two installers, Louie and Emilio, were absolutely fantastic and you may wish to ask for them. Also, two individuals in customer support, Rocio and Trish, have been very helpful in getting the project going after a very long lapse once contracts were signed. I cannot yet speak to quality or value since the system is not yet running, waiting for final inspection by Good Energy and final authorization from the city but at this point I thought I would offer this review since lately I have been impressed with the personnel.

Horrible horrible company!! Took them almost a year to install my panels and when they did they weren't aligned. They had to return to fix the mess , broke tiles from my roof good thing I had extras for them to use to replace. Representative Michael Ulloa is a damn con artist who promised me an incentive for referrals and didn't give me a single penny! But yeah kept using his fake line ""I'm a man of my word"" nothing but a joke!! If you'd like more info on exactly everything that went on reach out to me as I have text messages as proof and the owner came out and he didn't resolve a single thing. Just plain horrible, company will also be reported to the BBB.

Do not do business with this company. They promise you everything and they deliver nothing. That's exactly what I got for my money. Nothing, they installed solar panels on my roof that are inoperable. They lied to me telling me there was no problems in getting a Permission to Operate and now I can not get the PTO so all I have are a very expensive set of solar panels on my roof that don't work. I have called them several times and all I get is a run around. Their customer service is the worse that I have ever had to deal with.They are very good at giving you the run around. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to get taken advantage of like I did.
