Gonzalez Roofing installed my tile roof several years ago. I recently had signs of roof leakage and contacted him, asking him to check it out. He scheduled an appointment but did not show up. Later, after calling him back twice to re-schedule, I had a 9:00 am appointment for him to look at the roof. Instead, a very young (teen age?) guy showed up ---at 1:00 pm. After looking, he tried to sell me a $650 roof cleaning and was unable to see any problem on the roof. I was disappointed that the roofer would not check out a problem with a roof he had installed.

Gonzalez roofing did an excellent job with our 70 year roof. They were quick and organized and cleaned up everything everyday. The price was great. The replaced the boards, roof and downspouts. We couldn't be happier...

This company did a full tear off and new roof and did a beautiful job.
I moved from that home to another and requested a quote and schedule an appt. They were a no show. I called again and they came and gave quote. Scheduled the work and they were a no show and no phone call.
Not good business!

I had three bids for a new roof on my rental property. My realtor, who also manages properties, told me that Gonzalez Roofing is the best and most reasonable. Sure enough, their bid came in the lowest. The work was started and completed within a very timely manner. That was three years ago. I just had them put a roof and gutters on my present residence and it is Beautiful. I can't say enough how happy I am with the work, let alone the price.

We live in Stockton CA, and this company is in Lodi, CA They repaired the roof on the home we bought. There was damage to our roof due to the storm we just had and the roof had a warranty on it. I called the day after to have them come out they said they would be out the next day. They never came. I called and left a message, no response. I called the next day, no answer but left a message. I then put a review on another site. Less than an hour they show up.
When I went outside to speak to them they were no where to be found. Turns out they used my ladder to go onto the roof and didnt bother to ask me before using it, they could have asked me first.
Then after assessing the damage they told me I had to pay around $375 to get the repairs done and the warranty was for only 2 years. My paperwork says 7 years and it has not been 2 years since the repairs have been done that it has been less than a year.
He then says that he didnt repair the areas where the damage was done and proceeds to make a phone call to speak to someone who I assume may have been the owner (however he mentioned that he was the owner but he looked a little too young to be the owner) and while speaking to someone then insults me by calling me old to the person he was talking to.
I am so frustrated with them that I had to have my husband come home from work to talk to them. I would not recommend this company and would advise anyone who is considering on hiring them to go somewhere else.

I tried three times with these people to come and get an estimate for my roof I'm looking for a complete demolition and a new roof put on plus gutters and water spouts they made an appointment never showed two times this is not a good company to go to if this is any example how they do their job they can't even come in a timely fashion to do an estimate would not recommend them and they came recommended.

After getting 3 estimates, we chose this company for their fair price. Knowing we were getting a dry week prior to a rainy week, the owner suggested we start right away. Luckily, our roof was completed in a timely manner and we no longer have to deal with leaks! We are very happy with the looks of the roof and the gutters!

Called to get an estimate said he would have his dad return my call. Waited a week, called back had to leave message. Called again two days later said they would be our that day when I got home from work between 4-5 pm. NO show.................. never received a call back. Called again last week stated I would give them one more chance to get it right...... well I guess it was right as I would never use this company after this kind of service. Obviously they didn't need the work or given my last name just laughed it off.... shame on you this is piss poor customer service and after repeated calls.....

New gutters were installed at my home. The caulking used on the downspouts is messy, a section of leaf guard was not replaced, there was some touch-up splotches around the rivets, and a small section of the downspout was not completely vertical. Repeated calls to the office and foreman to resolve these issues have gone unanswered for over a month.

They came out during the rains and repaired my roof the next day.. They were professional, on time and took care of my problem for the price they had quoted me.. I am satisfied
