Need to replace my 20+ year old roof. Search on Yelp, called Lorenzo for a free quote and soon enough contracted him do the job, an almost instance decision without calling anyone else! The new roof installed is called Presidential Shake Solaris, it did had a nice impact in the interior of the house as the temperature is cooler a few degrees lower on a hot day! The job includes replacing all fascia, rotten plywood and new gutters and down spouts. Lorenzo and his brother Henry + 4 other crews are hardworking and good people. The installation was quite fast it took them 3.5 days. It was wonderful of them to clean up debris in the surroundings. I highly recommend Lorenzo, owner of Gomez Diaz Roofing for your next related roofing issues and roof installation!

I called but the person was not able to accommodate my request. He said it would be a week out before he could stop by for an estimate. This business has good reviews so I was hoping to work with them. He was very nice on the phone. I did end up hiring another company off of Yelp which worked out amazing!

I reached out to Gomez Diaz Roofing because we had some shingles blow off the roof and suspected we had a leak as a result of the missing shingles. Lorenzo came out very quickly and did a thorough scouting to trace where the water might be coming from. While the roof did need some repair, he said he did not think the water was coming from the roof, and indeed, he traced the source of the water to a pinhole leak in a water line. He spent a lot of time looking and he crawled into spaces others did not. He was amazing and I was thoroughly impressed with his honesty and commitment to track down the problem. Thank you Lorenzo! Gomez Diaz Roofing was able to schedule my roof replacement the week after I got his bid. Henry Gomez Diaz said it would take 3 days total to remove the 2 old layers & put a new roof on the house and garage. He took extra care to prevent any nails from falling into the nextdoor neighbor's yard which houses 2 dogs during the day. There was some dry rot, not a surprise with a 26-year old roof. The added on cost was reaonable.

My neighbors watched the work. They admired his crew's efficiency and hard work. The driveway & lawn was checked & cleaned after the work. Everything looks great.

I just had the corner of my roof repaired today for a leak my husband noticed. I called Thursday and Gomez Diaz let me know he was able to come the next day or Saturday. He came the next day and gave a free estimate and said it was with 2 years warranty he didn't pressure if we wanted to do it with him. But my husband immediately agreed to get the problem fixed asap. He planned on coming Monday and showed us pictures of the problem, the progress and after completing the work. Thank you for the service!
