Lorenzo and his crew came out the next day to repair a leak. They were professional and courteous. They offered a free estimate and we thought it was a good price so we accepted. Excellent service provided. I needed a roof repair for a broken tile and damage underneath. Lorenzo was able to come out the next morning after I called. Called to see if someone could come out and give me a quote. I did not specify urgency or if I needed someone that day or next. I was told ""I'm busy can you try and call another roofing company and try to find someone else? If not, I guess call me back."" You will not be getting a call back. Busy or not, you defintley lost a customer before you even started. Poor customer service.

You can get quotes from 4-5 companies...
But make sure you get a quote from these guys and talk to them about your needs and concerns. I prefer to go with knowledgeable hard working self built smaller businesses rather than going with big companies who only care about your money and not your opinions/needs. I did my research on roofing beforehand so I knew what I wanted. They use GAF and Certainteed which are both excellent brands, they also use seamless gutters and metal valleys which is what I prefer.
Now for the good stuff! Lorenzo is simply awesome, responsive, patient, honest, understanding and respectful. I am one picky person...He made sure I was happy with the color of shingles and gutters. He brought me samples of all the shingles I was considering and of course I picked a color that was low in stock out here so some supplies were brought in from Fresno! Their crew is great and cleaned up everything after.These guys got our roof done in no time just before the rainy season! Tip: when going over contracts check fees for plywood dry rot repair and compare others to theirs...Before Lorenzo left the job he asked me if I was happy... because he wanted to make sure I was happy, and I am !!!

I had this company replace some dry rotted wood in my eves and clean all of the gutters. Happy with the work they did. The crew showed up early and did quality work, quickly. They even pruned back a palm tree that was causing issues with a gutter.

My husband and I recently bought our very first home which has been very exciting yet overwhelming at the same time.
