My roof blew off of our vacation home during recent storm. We live a ways from this home. I found Lorenzo Gomez through Yelp. I reached out to Lorenzo by phone, and he answered right away on a Saturday late afternoon. I explained our situation and he was at our home the following Sunday morning to view damages. We agreed on a price to tarp the roof, and he performed the job almost immediately, bringing peace of mind to our family. I sincerely appreciate his quick response and his attention to detail.

Get a second opinion!!!! We had a leak coming in from the ceiling of one of our bathrooms. Automatically thought it was a roof leak since we just had a weekend of heavy rain so called around and got Gomez Diaz to come out for an estimate same day since he was already in the area. Lorenzo came checked out the roof and gave me a quote for $3,800 for repair of a 10 x 10 area he said needed replacement. I had another company come out for an estimate a couple days later and told me my roof was dry and he asked to check out my attic to see if he could identify where leak was coming from. After his inspection, he determined I had a minor pipe leak in the attic and needed a plumber and provided photos of both the roof and the pipe leak in the attic which was repaired for less than $300.

I had two roof leaks that developed (or worsened) during the past winter and so I gave G.D. Roofing a call. After an assessment, he was able to
quickly provide an estimate and a follow-up date to make the repairs. His team got to work quickly on the scheduled date to replace sections of the sheathing and underlayment that was damaged by the rain. He also cleaned out and extended part of the valley that was originally installed too short. He also fixed various cracked tiles and installed new vents (and color-matched them). I also appreciate that he spent some extra time explaining the details of what went wrong and how I, as the homeowner, could prevent issues from occurring in the future.

Quality work, very responsive and Lorenzo delivered and as promised. We have an older roof where the tiles were discontinued and Lorenzo was able to located the tiles in Fresno and got them for our roof repair here in Elk Grove. Had them come out and check for a very small leak on my roof. They determined it was from the nails and so the following morning came out and replace a few shingles, glued in all the nails they could find, and cleaned my gutters. They even painted the vents which was not expected. Well done guys. This was in Elk Grove CA.

Lorenzo was great to deal with! I had a roof leak that I wanted to get looked at. Lorenzo explained what needed to be done and he answered all my questions. While on the roof he kept me updated of what he found by sending me several pictures, and he explained what caused the roof leak. He sent pictures of the completed work and pictures of the broken tiles he replaced. I was impressed with his customer service, reliability, and quality of work. I highly recommend Lorenzo and will reach out to him again for any roof repairs.

This roofer is a quality good guy. I had only one tile in my roof that was broken & a downspout that was leaking, He came out & took care of me in less than 24hours with a smile on his face. Super responsive and got the job done.

I would reccomend Lorenzo to anybody who needs roof work done. He even replaced some broken tiles and slipped tiles that wasn't part of the project at no cost.
