So far so good, we had a problematic situation on a roof that leaked inconsistently, after consulting with various roofing companies in the area, GWR was the one that we chose, they offered competitive prices and knowledge, Santiago explained to us the problem and the solution. They ripped off all the damaged area down to the wood, hauled everything away and replaced all with new materials and torching and so far it's holding up.

When I first purchased my home in 2018 I choose them over several competitive bids due to their honest assessment of what needed to be fixed versus others who made it seem like my roof was going to cave in. They were polite, professional, quick, and responsive to all my questions and requests. I recently had them come out to inspect my roof before I add solar panels because I didn't trust solar company roofers and advised them that I expected some fixes. After a thorough inspection I was told that my roof is still in great condition and he wouldn't reccomend any repairs. He further explained that my concerns weren't connected to roof issues but clogged rain gutters and debris buildup from overhanging trees. They are an honest and trustworthy company which is extremely important in this industry given you'll come across several that will try to get you to pay for unneeded repairs.

I hired Santiago to fix a leak on our roof in January 2020 and paid nearly $2000. We didn't experience any measurable rain during all of 2020, and when our roof was tested for the first time, with the recent hard rains, we experienced the same leak, in the exact same area. I called Santiago and he explained the warranty was only 12 months, and now that it was 24 months, it was no longer under warranty. I understood that I would need to pay and asked him to come out and fix it anyway, since it was his original work. He ghosted me, and completely ignored all my calls and messages. So I paid him for work, that I now need to hire a real professional to fix. Unless you plan to pay for the exact repair, every couple of years, highly recommend to steer clear of Santiago.
