It should be ZERO STARS. Wesley, the owner came to our home and after a thorough inspection, he was very confident that he could repair our 23 yr. old roof as opposed to a total re-do. We thought he sounded knowledgeable and were happy with what he told us. We waited for his bid. And waited. Finally emailed with a personal excuse and said he'd be submitting bid soon. Nothing. I called with a message to please call with his intentions. NOthing. I finally emailed 2 plus weeks later and asked him if he did not intend to follow up with his bid to please let us know. He did not return my email. Glad we found out his 'work' ethic BEFORE we hired him.
