If I could give a lower rating, I would. They show with tablets, show their credentials, tell you they have their own people and push the sale. Scheduling is a nightmare. They say they will show, but never do. No phone call, no email, not even an apology for wasting your time and resources waiting. When you finally get someone to show, it's not Reliable roofing workers as promised, but a subcontractor, most likely the lowest bid, and they don't speak english or even know what they are supposed to do. This goes on for quite some time, at my expense. Finally all is done, not exactly as instructed and they've done minor damage to the house, but the roof seems ok. However after a water test I realize they've screwed up and the roof has major pooling problems. Some more of the scheduling game and they leave me with an ugly and questionable fix. Stay away from this company they are absolute garbage.

I would not use this company. Overpriced. Wanted to change price once removal of original roof. Changed project foreman. Took over a month to finish my roof; since my home was vacant. Even though they removed four roof drains or gutters, they did not install new ones. Said, it was not in contract. One project foreman said, my roof did not require a drain or gutter because of the pitch of my roof.(my roof has a low pitch size approx 1300 sq ft, 2 bed room home. $23000) They repaired my eves nicely done. Really a half star, bad customer service.

Last Friday we had someone come out to give us an estimate on re-roofing. He seemed to be courteous enough until we got to the end of the two hour inspection/sales pitch. After giving us a price of almost $43,000, we told him that would be too much money. At this point he got on his cell phone and said he was calling his boss to see what he could do to lower the price. He spent 25 minutes on the phone walking around our living room on his phone. I actually don't know if anyone was on the other end. I was becoming impatient by that point, and said that we were out, meaning that we were not interested. He wrote down a lower price of $36,000 on a yellow sheet of paper and said that we would be receiving an email and he waved the sheet in my face and said that if we didn't sign something by the end of this week that the price would go away. Very rude! We never received any kind of business card and or paperwork, even showing which company he was with. Much after the fact I am now looking at the reviews on the site here and thank my lucky stars we did not hire these people. I called the office this morning to verify that this company did indeed come to my house last Friday. I told her we would not be interested in signing up for a new roof, and then she hung up on me before I could say anything else. Their license is out of SoCal. I would say, please beware!

The job didn't start when promised, didn't finish on time, and there were significant leaks at nine months. The front office will promise a callback, which never happens.

I am overpaying for no work! They came and put up heavy tarp on windows that are dirty, then the tape as well as tarp fell right off! If they had ever done this before, they should have known that the window covering would fall off. They showed me a hole in my roof and then, I called to inquire if they would at least put some tarp up in my attic as a Tropical storm was hitting, they said it would be fine. Somewhat curt and smug. I regret the day they came to my house!!!! I need to get a hold of a REAL roofer now!
I will be needing a roofer and an attorney, perhaps!

I had this company repair and recoat the roof on my mobile home in 2020. They charged me $6,900. After this last rain I had some leaks so I called them to come out only to find out that for that $6,900 I only had one year warranty. And they will repair it for another $5,000 or for $20,000 they'll replace the roof. When I told them that was too much they brought it down to $18,000, and since they"" had a job in the area with some leftover material and if I used that and booked it in the next day"" they could bring it down to 15,000. When I wouldn't go for that they called me the next day and said oh since it's in the end of the month we have some promotions we can do it for $10,000. I don't think so, I wasn't born yesterday. Does not seem like a very""reliable"" company. Would not recommend them for anything.

Reliable roofing did my roof back in March of 2023 it's only been a few months when I called their office this morning August 20 Sunday at 8:00 in the morning when they opened someone named Jared answered the phone when I started telling them about the problems I'm having in the leaks with my new roof job I was yelled at cussed out and hung up on I tried calling and asking for the manager he then yelled at me again told me no and hung up on me I've text a few people that were in charge of the job like the project manager and I believe even the general manager no one's returning my messages about the incident with the young man in the office

This company told us they a So Cal company. There is a SO Cal company called Reliable Roofing. This is not the one. They came to look at our roof for a repair. No paperwork, no notes. Sat down and told us it would be $14K. We were looking for a 2nd quote after another company told us $1,700 but they couldn't guarantee work.
When we told this company no, that's way too high they got a finance guy on the phone to try to persuade us. Very car dealership like! No thank you! The following day they must have called at least 5 times from different numbers. A bit hard up for business?!

Pretty much as expected reading Ria S' review just a couple of hours ago! Exactly similar to her distasteful experience, the Reliable Roofing and Retrofit's representative had an appointment today (May 8 2023) between 2~3p.m. but neither called the day before to confirm the appointment and didn't call to advise me that NOONE would be showing up for the appointment! Couldn't have said it better...Unreliable Roofing and Retrofit!
It's obvious that they get a kick out of wasting other people's time
