Worst contractor ever! A different ""project manager"" at every contact. Poor communication. Not reliable. High-pressure sales, extravagant promises. high prices, terrible service!

Don't let the good business names fool you. I learned a lesson when I selected & chose the roofing company based on the name of it (although they have the references, the portfolio to show to customers, but I think it's all fake). RELIABLE ROOFING & RETRO-FIT. This roofing company is not reliable, as the name said at all.
I had them come to replace an entire section of the roof due to rain leaking. Four months later, the big rain came & the roof was still leaking at the same spot! Called them, texted messages, emailed... but no one responded, until a month later, the project manager came & said the crew would come & reseal it. Again, nobody comes.
Called the warranty department but no one answered the phone. Make me think, this is the scam company.
This week, with the heavy rain, the roof is leaking thru the ceiling, and no one from the roofing company gets in touch or comes to see where the leaks is coming from at the roof they replaced.
My experience from this is that I don't trust the big company that has project managers, warranty departments, and foreman separately. Any things wrong after the work is done by them, and the just passing around, when you call them.

Our skylight needed to be replaced. An estimator came out and wrote an estimate. We agreed on a price sign the DocuSign and paid a deposit. They did not return calls for two weeks. When I did finally get them on the phone, they told me they could not do the job. This was a complete waste of time.

Unreliable Roofing. We discovered my 90 year old father's house had a leak after the first good rain of the year. Called these guys up and they were pretty quick to give us an estimate, but with another storm coming we requested they put up a tarp. ""Sure thing, as soon as you sign the contract"", so we did. Days go by, they didn't do anything, and when we called they would tell us someone was coming etc. The storms passed, with more water in the house, and then the were telling us the city of Walnut Creek hadn't approved the permit for them to perform the work. A few more days of this pass, and finally I called the city to see what the hold up was. Turns out these clowns had not filled out the permit properly with a Waste Management account. This is very routine work. The nice woman at the city of Walnut Creek even sent them a letter telling them what they needed to do, still nothing from them. Today I called the ""Project Manager"", he didn't answer so I left a message. No call back. These guys are fired. Avoid at all costs. I wish I had read the reviews before calling them. If you are thinking about hiring them, slap yourself in the face immediately. I would give them zero stars if I could. They were never honest with us.

We called Reliable Roofing to get our roof repaired as it's been over 20+ years since we last got it replaced. It's been a nightmare of a service from the get go. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
1) The project was supposed to start many months before but was delayed for over 1.5 months.
2) Noah had agreed they would demo our pergola and it would be included in the package. When we asked to get it in writing, they said there was no need and that we could trust them. Should have known that was a lie when they said that. We got hit with a $2.5k+ bill for the demo and they removed our entire roof already so we were forced to pay them.
3) We discovered a few leaks after the roof was replaced and it rained. We contacted our project manager, Leo, to come out and repair. He says that it's due to ""wet paint"" and that the ceiling just needs time to dry.
4) The employees leave the construction materials, dry wall, etc without cleaning up. I was so close to stepping on a nail and getting injured.

I seriously don't recommend a company who has 0 customer service.

NEVER use this company for any project!! We hired this company for installing new roof. And it has massive leakage after rain. And the company is not working on prioritizing compensation plan while delaying our whole moving process for ever. This company is house owner's nightmare!

Started a project Sept. 202q to repair a hole on the roof AND replace all roofing. The bid was higher than any other. Accepted bid because we needed it done before winter. Improper permit were pulled, city inspector shut them down requiring correct permit and work redone. Reliable was required to bring in other professionals to complete the job. They then informed us the price would increase based on the work required. I informed them I would only pay what I agreed to in the bid per their professional expertise. To date, September 1, 2022, the roof still has a hole, Reliable has never contacted us or made an attempt to return and complete to finish the work. Aa a result, we are out of $27K and have the same problem we solicited them to fix.

As a gesture, the company sent workers out to place shingles on the detached garage. So very poor work quality. We have photos taken from the inside of the garage where the sky is visible through the cracks on the garage rooftop.

Poor quality of work, poor professionalism, dishonesty, disingenuousness...they were always trying to upsale services. Hindsight is 20/20, I would never trust these people to do any work for me again.

called this company and recieved quote - they stated can cancel 72hrs with full deposit refund. we cancelled on time, through proper channels -. the project manager said no issues. the cancellation was back in April. we cancelled because the time that someone should have shown up to do the work, they did not - unreliable from the beginning. they did not show up because they said they were backed-up - well then they should not be providing timeline that they cant meet.
we have been calling them since april for our deposit refund and everytime they say it has been sent via mail - 4months later and multiple calls to this company and no check yet in the mail. they were fast to deposit but getting your money back is another story. they lie about when process started to get our deposit back! unreliable - someone always say they will call us back within 2 business days and they NEVER do. there's always an excuse of why our money has not been returned... what kind of business is this...do you think we don't need the money? WHERE is our deposit back. Stop making excuses!!!
