Steve is a poor businessman. This company/Steve put a roof on my in-laws house and failed to have the city do the follow up inspection. It was his responsibility to have this done, I contacted him to let him know and Steve blew me off. I was stuck paying fine to the city for failing to have this done in a timely matter. I would not recommend anyone dealing with this guy at all. He will pretty much take the money and run. Poor customer service skills.

Steve is a hard working honorable man. His company re-roofed the flat roof on my 4-plex apt. and did a great job for an affordable price. My experience was great.

This company was hired to replace the roof on my unit and the two other connected units. They left DOZENS of nails all over the property, including in the parking areas. The company stated they would send a crew out to clean up the nails. I am not sure if the crew ever showed up however, there were still DOZENS of nails left all over after they allegedly cleaned up.

I called Golden Roofing and left message, then Steve called me back the same day. I needed work on my flat roof before the winter rains. Steve inspected it the same day and two days later did the work on it. He finished on time for the price he quoted. He was very professional and accommodating, did not even ask for a deposit to start the job. He had no prior Yelp reviews, so I called one of his references before agreeing to the job and he checked out fine. I would absolutely recommend him for roof work.
