I posted a review a couple of months ago. I cannot find a way to update it; however, after my review was posted, the team contacted me to talk through this issue. They were diligent in handling this issue and staying in contact until we came to a fair agreement. J couldn't be more grateful for the follow up and professionalism they showed me.
