Goldenline repaired our balconies' floors and installed porcelain tile that looks like wood planks. They also removed two exhaust vents from our old gas fireplace appliances and patched the wall. Vitali and Ben oversaw the work. All of the work was fantastic and professionally done, and the balconies look amazing! It is a great upgrade to our condo. I recommend them for any job and plan to go to them first for any later projects.

We did a bunch of work with Goldenline over the month of May. Roof repair, new plywood, new tiles, new gutters, and also retrofitting the foundation. Overall, Guy and Tim were super professional and friendly. They were on time, thorough, and were able to match / beat other quotes we were given. The work was finished almost as quickly as estimated (maybe one extra week). Tim was great at communicating updates throughout the process, and was available to answer the phone for any questions along the way. Overall, they were a pleasure to work with and we'll be hiring them again for another project soon.

This company was an incredible find! I was given the runaround by a bunch of companies I found here on Yelp. I had a cracked kitchen window that needed replacement. EVERY other company quoted me way higher for days long work that seemed unnecessary. Golden Line quoted me much more reasonably and after ordering the replacement window the job took less than an hour. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would!! Thank you again guys!!

We hired Goldenline Remodeling to tackle a full gut and renovation of our kitchen, powder room and laundry room, and to paint the full exterior of our 1910 craftsman. The team completed installation of custom brick flooring, relocation of electrical and plumbing, all new appliance installation, and a full set of custom cabinetry in the kitchen and laundry. They exceeded our expectations with every project.
Guy and Alex are true professionals, with prompt and easy communication and excellent customer service. We highly recommend the company and have already referred multiple friends and neighbors to them for their own projects.

We hired Goldenline for two projects. The first was drywalling and painting the interior of a garage we were turning into a finished space, and the second was repairing exterior stucco and repainting the house exterior. We worked with Vitali as the gc, and he was very communicative and always made sure we were happy with the result. The work was completed on time and done well. If there was an issue we found, they came out to fix it within a few days without question or additional charge. Would recommend for drywall, stucco and paint.

Guy and his crew just completed the first of multiple projects and we couldn't be happier.
Guy under-promised and over-delivered on the exterior painting job his team completed. We were told the job could take up to three weeks and would involve multiple steps to do it right.
We were very pleasantly surprised when the job was completed in just under a week-and it looks great.
Guy came by to inspect the job and make sure we were satisfied-which was fantastic. We have already added on to the work with the removal of a popcorn ceiling demo/drywall/paint/lighting fixture installation project. The job was started timely as promised and his crew is hard at work! I'm certain the job will be completed within the estimated time frame and will look incredible.
The best part of working with Guy and team is that there isn't a long delay in getting started and the guys work so hard. I'm looking forward to seeing all they do.

It's been a few weeks since they completed the job, but I've made an account on yelp just to mention how wonderful my experience with Goldenline Remodeling was! I was having major difficulty even getting someone to call me back because my project was just painting a 1 bedroom apartment, and when those companies did they either flaked on me multiple times, or quoted extreme prices.
I was just about to give up and stay with the 2010-era Landlord Beige color when I finally got a response back from Goldenline. Next day they came out to my place to give me a quote (price was very fair) and after the weekend the team was in my place painting. The day they started was the day they finished, a whole space in ONE DAY. I was thrilled! This is the kind of work and speed you hope for in the city! I love the color in my space, the lines are clean (between ceiling and floorboards), I recommend them to anyone looking for professionalism, quality, and expediency!
