Excellent service and fair price! Tom Ross is my project manager. We did roofing and attic insulation with him. He's really easy to work with. I'm very satisfied with the jobs done by his crew.

He gave me honest quote from day 1. I was worried wood replacement would cost me a ton because that's a common hidden cost after the quote. He first told me how many sqft wood replacement is free and then how much per sqft is. He also calculated me what's the cost of the whole roof wood replacement. This really won my faith with him and it turned out that's a right call. When the project started, he frequently updated me about the progress with photos. The whole project is smooth. No surprise cost and high quality.

I called after the ceiling to my laundry room collapsed during a heavy storm this winter. Tom Ross and his team were amazing! They came out to do the estimate the day after I called. It was quick and easy and he was able to determine the issue and how to fix the problem. He provided an estimate that evening which allowed me to compare pricing amongst 2 other vendors. The initial estimate came in a little high but he was willing to match the lower offer. I am so satisfied with their speedy work, the roof and the ceiling were done in 2-3 days. They made sure to match the texture and the original paint color. If you look today, you'll never guess that it was damaged.

Made an 8:00 am to 10:00 am window appointment to get an estimate on gutter work. When the guy was almost an hour past that window we called to get an ETA. Received a call back that said ""You are out of our area. We aren't coming."" I live in Hercules, 20 minutes away. Out of area? Would have been nice to be told that before we wasted our morning waiting for a guy who wasn't going to show up.

Gordon Heights replaced my roof this year. I would have given them a five star rating if the Company was more responsible to their workers action. Their workers left a bunch of nails on the driveway at the end of the job. The nails punctured my tenant car tires. I left a message regarding the incident and never received any acknowledgment of their wrongdoing or an apology.
I consider this behavior, very irresponsible and unprofessional.

They showed up exactly when they said they would, and did the complete project (tear off, install and permitting with passed inspection) in less than 3 days. Communication was great with the entire team and they cleaned up during the entire project. They left zero mess behind. Highly recommend this company for a new roof.
