Chad responded within 15-20 minutes, I explained my issue, he came over and got both down spouts up and secured, total time from request to finish was about 2 1/2 hours tops. He did a great job on my 2nd floor spout which needed more attention. All for a great price!
Oh, I didn't even ask but he also repaired a wood fence piece that was coming off our gate (i had warned him to be careful) he did it for free. Thank you so much Chad, we really appreciated it, and we'll be in touch for the rest we need done.

Excellent experience here! Chad replied very quickly to my quote request and offered a competitive price to clean our gutters and reattach the sagging portion. He and his employee showed up the SAME DAY and got the job done within just a couple hours. At the end he showed me surprising before and after pictures -- I had no idea the gutters were so clogged! They hauled away multiple trash bags full of junk. Not to mention they worked in the rain with smiles on the whole time.

Chad picked up the phone before 7:00 am! and came right out in the pouring rain to help us with a leak in our house and with another at my son's house. Very responsive! Chad's a nice guy and good worker.

Golden Gate Roofing gave us a very competitive bid for replacing our 25+ year old roof. We loved Chad's work and appreciate his extreme diligence and attentiveness through out the entire process of removing our old roof and installing the new one. Since it was during the Bay Area's rainy season, we did have some rain storms that occurred during the process. Chad was on top of shoring up the coverage on our house and was quick to respond and provide remedies when we had issues that needed attention.
