Mr. Edvin was amazing. I call myself picky and like to know everything that's happening. I spoke to 15 different roofing companies and he was the only one that made me feel 100% convinced/comfortable. He explained the project in close detail and answered ALL my questions. He would reply even after work hours or Sundays when he didn't have to. He took care of every little detail I wanted. His prices were completely fair. He wasn't the most expensive or the ""cheapest"" he was right in the middle. My roof looks beautiful. He went above and beyond! He left my house cleaner than how he found it. If you're a lady looking for a roofing person that treats you like an equal and has great customer service, he is your guy. Thank you Don Edvin so so much!

Edvin Cifuentes installed new gutters and re-roofed my house with new plywood sheathing and new cement tiles during the summer of 2023. With a re-tiled roof and new gutters, the house came through the very rainy winter of 2023-24 with no leaks or drainage problems. Of all the roofers I met, Edvin was by far the most impressive. He is very knowledgeable, honest, detail oriented, and hardworking. His contract and pricing were straightforward and very fair. Always upbeat and enthusiastic, Edvin was a pleasure to work with. Throughout the installation, he kept me well informed of his progress with plenty of pictures and videos, which gave me a detailed understanding of exactly what was happening up on the roof. My phone calls were always returned very quickly. A hands-on manager, Edvin was on site daily. His crew consistently kept the yard neat and clean. Edvin takes great pride in his work, and I highly recommend Edvin and Golden Eagle Roofing Services.

I worked with Edvin in late 2023. There have been several rains since then and my roof is doing great.
He is communicative and efficient. His project management skills are excellent the results speak to that.
He also facilitated the new install of gutters making the whole process seamless.
When he came out for the quote he was prepared, answered all my questions and gave me a thorough accounting of what I could expect.
He wasn't the absolute lowest bid at the time but his professionalism and preparedness convince me that he was going to be the best person for the job. And he was.

This company left me hanging twice. Never showed up to the scheduled appointments. Not sure why they operate that way. I even took a day off work to meet the first missed appointment and they guy I spoke with said he'd be there and he never came. Oh well.

Mr. Cifuentes maintained constant communication with us, providing details about the status and progress of the roof project. When we decided to tackle a complete re-roof of our 1950s ranch house that had been burdened with a red clay, Spanish tile roof, Edvin Cifuentes was our top pick. We knew that, once the tiles were removed, the very custom-built features that give the house its character could reveal unexpected irregularities and inconsistencies. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Edvin Cifuentes as a man of his word and runs his business with integrity. When we were seeking quotes to re-roof our home, I was actually quoted slightly less from a few other companies. Ultimately, we decided to go with Edvin because he was personable, professional, and didn't pressure us one bit. We knew (or more so had a feeling) that he would be delivering quality work.

I've met a lot of shady contractors over the years and have unfortunately developed some mistrust, but Edvin didn't give me any negative feelings whatsoever. In fact, my husband and I chose him because we liked his personality and had a good feeling about him (he was very prepared with his presentation as well).

You will not regret calling Edvin for your roofing needs. Edvin is very responsive and calls you back in a timely manner, despite his busy schedule. His team are hard working folks who did the job right and did not rush the process. They were on time and cleaned up everyday. He and his team went above and beyond and even did us a few favors that weren't necessarily roof related.

Edvin is welcome in my home anytime. And that's saying something.

Golden Eagle installed a new ""Cool Roof"" on my house. My house has 2800 square feet of roof. Golden Eagle removed the old shingles and replaced them with a new roof in three days and within budget. They left the area around my house clean and neat after each day of work. I highly recommend Golden Eagle Roofing.
